The food is simply chic, every day a variety of fish, including red, seafood (shrimp, mussels, octopuses, squid), an excellent selection of fruits in June - every meal - watermelons, melons, juicy cherries, peaches, apricots, cherry plums, plums, grapes, etc., freshly squeezed juices, ice cream, very delicious meat -beef, lamb, chicken! it's just very)))
the sea is gorgeous, the beach and the entrance to the sea is normal -gentle, but immediately the depth, large sand with pebbles. but! in June, turtles are laying eggs and they become aggressive - they bite at depth, we had 2 cases, they closed part of the beach for several hours and a purple flag was constantly hanging - be careful and better clarify the situation with turtles and wildlife if you like to swim away.
The room is very nice - standard with side sea view on the 5th floor. They asked for a non-smoker, and they gave him one, there was no smell of tobacco at all.
The staff is excellent, friendly, very helpful and kind.
The main disadvantage of the whole trip is the Turks outside the hotels!!! in stores, they often cheat, punch the same product twice, they talk disdainfully, I don't say anything about taxis at all - we tried to leave the stop with a taxi button for forty minutes, no one wanted to take a taxi meter, only for euros, taxi drivers yell, swear, refuse to take. you need to have a lot of patience and perseverance so that you are not cheated for money - always say the taximeter and lira, know dollar, know euro. if they are arguing, is it enough to say - is there a problem? The police? so we drove from the Dolphin for 500 liras to the terracity and back for 376 liras (25 euros)!!! instead of 70 euros .
another minus is the very dangerous sun this year, we all had allergies to the sun, although no one had suffered before (the doctor was called twice).

I'll tell you straight out I didn't like this hotel, I really like holidays in Turkey, I always choose good hotels on the beach, but I haven't been to the dolphins and decided to look.
The disadvantages are immediately obvious:
1. The general "tubiness" is all forged, smeared, but the hotel is tired, the shower cabin with a white pallet looks especially terrible, it's creepy. And the jars with shampoos are shabby and they are not willingly added and not always, sometimes they forget to put towels, etc.
2. At the entrance, you are wearing a bracelet with a number that vaguely resembles a prison camp.
3. They immediately scare that for the loss of a bracelet (their identification number), a fine of 100 euros.
4. The food is average, the shrimps were boiled once a week, the crayfish were also so small that it was not possible to eat them, otherwise the food is like in more budget hotels.
5. The entertainment program is very meager, once a week and for some reason on Thursday, there was a normal show with dancing of vacationers, there is no open-air disco at all, it is indoors and no one knows about it, there are no animators of girls. They usually dance and the guests join in too. Shows in the amphitheater are like everywhere else, but we don't go there at all, the same dancers are everywhere. It's very sad, this is the saddest family hotel I've ever been to, keep that in mind!
6. There are slides, but without "cheesecakes", there was no desire to ride and spoil swimming trunks.
7. The most premium beer is beks, there is no crown.
8. The cabins on the pontoon are terrible, they do not have a separate descent into the sea. Other cabins are located far from the water in the bushes, behind all the sun beds, I did not see the point in removing them.

3. There are a lot of foreigners who are all by the pool, so there are a lot of free sunbeds on the sea and there is a zone without children there is no one at all. There is a relaxation pool for adults.

We have been vacationing at the hotel with my husband since August 24, 2020. Everything is just wonderful, luxurious interiors, tasteful chandeliers, lamps are amazing. And the elevators! The rooms are clean, cleaned daily, all the little things - tea, mini-bar, sanitary supplies are replenished every day. The staff is especially admired - not a single person is idle, everyone fusses, performs their duties, is friendly, greets, responds to all requests immediately. All san epides are observed.measures, both in restaurants and public areas - treatment, sanitizers, etc. The food seemed less plentiful, but varied - very tasty fish in all kinds, you will not stay hungry. There are only two disadvantages: there is a rather strong smell of mold in the room from the bathroom, I had to keep the door closed and turn on the fan constantly. In short, the hotel is beautiful, even out of season. At the end of February, it was, in my opinion, two-thirds full. Despite the fact that the neighboring hotels are either mothballed or barely filled. And, as it turned out later, vacationers are drawn here for a reason. Many people come here not for the first or fifth time - this is evident from the abundance of yellow bracelets (these are those who have been a guest here more than six times).
I'll probably start with the placement. Our nice company arrived with a small child, so we asked the hotel in advance to provide us with at least one room ahead of the check-in date, because we have a night flight and it is hard and tedious for a child and his mother to stay awake for so long. After receiving confirmation, we rejoiced, but in vain. We were checked into our three rooms from 14 to 15.30. There is no de jure violation, but ... De facto, six hours of sitting in the lobby, although from 8 a.m. they said that one room was ready, and the rest were already being cleaned. Later, they left us without our robes a couple of times, but that was probably the end of the negative.
Enough of the sad stuff, let's enjoy our vacation! The hotel is huge, getting around it all is not an easy task. And at almost every step (starting with the number) you will be provided with drinks and a light snack (the minibar is free, gentlemen!). And if you are not lazy, and go a little further, then you can have a more serious snack. It offers bars, cafes, burger and sandwich shops, etc., etc. The restaurant is huge, as is the hotel itself. Three halls with food for every taste - meat eaters, raw food eaters and other fish eaters to choose from, three times a day a wide selection of everything. Sweet tooth is also not forgotten. Everything is very tasty and healthy, because everything that gets into your mouth is useful! The interior halls are comfortable, but not accessible to everyone. Pay attention to the signs - some of them are forbidden to enter with children. Do not forget to taste local chocolate with tea from 15 to 18. By the way, if someone does not want to go far from the beach, then you can have lunch at the restaurant, which opens only for lunch and is located two steps from the beach. The assortment is more victorious here, but it's up to you to decide what is more important.
