Terribly long delivery - an average of 2 hours. Although 45 minutes is indicated when ordering, in fact it is always about two hours. If you are thinking about where to order, make a choice in favor of Yandex. They may be late there, of course, but never by that much. Constant misinformation about the delivery time. I made an order once, it was written again for 45 minutes, after 10 minutes I received an SMS that the workload was 40 minutes longer and the delivery was 40 minutes longer, but there was 45 minutes left in the application) for new victims of disinformation 😄
After another such time, I just deleted the application, in general, I do NOT recommend it.

The order was delivered in 1 hour 55 minutes instead of the 45-60 minutes stated. On those.the support did not help in any way, unsubscribes, the approximate delivery time changed during the communication process - but in fact it was not observed either. The order was delivered barely warm. Khinkali and khachapuri. It is not possible to eat without warming up! The courier stopped by at least 2 more places to the detriment of my order. No apologies, no "gifts." They didn't even put napkins in the order! We have used this service many times before, but there has never been such an outrage before! A reason to think about giving them up…

I delete the application and never order here again, the delivery time is simply outrageous, when specifying 30-40 minutes, the order in 1.5 hours is not even in delivery. There were no SMS messages about the delay or at least some kind of information, they couldn't get through to tech support, they couldn't do anything anyway. Do you understand that if a person orders food, then he plans his meal somehow? It is impossible to do this with you. And hungry people who can't wait for their food leave negative reviews.
