In general, I liked everything. Quite a quiet area, although the center is not far away. The sea is a 7-minute walk away. There is a swimming pool on site, but we only swam a couple of times, since we were in the second half of September, there was a lot of rain and the water was cold. The pool is clean. The staff is good, the administrator Denis will tell you everything and tell you. The rooms are cleaned every day, linen and towels are often changed. The rooms have a dryer, you can dry your clothes on the balcony. The only thing would be more convenient for me if there was also a basin so that I could wash some small things. There is a paid laundry service. The territory has its own dining room, which is a huge plus. The food is all delicious. The menu was too big, on the first day I tried to read it, but I abandoned this idea, and only then they immediately asked Lyubov Pavlovna what to order. Lyubov Pavlovna is our separate love))) Sooooo sincere, a wonderful woman, and she will feed you delicious and interesting to talk to. She has a separate respect. There is also a barbecue area with a table, sink, dishes, barbecue facilities. By the way, there is a kettle and mugs in the rooms, they told us the water was from the well, it can be drunk, they poured it into the kettle, they drank tea all right. There is also a hair dryer, quite normal, not from these hotel rooms, which burn everything in their path. There is an iron and ironing board. In the bathroom there were toothbrushes with a small paste, shower gel, shampoo and balm (all mini versions), I can't say if they are added as they are used, we had it all our own. In general, everything is fine with the organization. Thanks to the owners for this. I think the hotel is more suitable for families with children, for a more relaxing holiday. Well, the main thing is to be lucky with the neighbors))

Excellent location in a quiet private sector. Good cuisine! Room cleaning and linen change are carried out in a timely manner. A friendly and friendly team will always help and prompt you in any situation. In the event of an accident, an autonomous electric power generator was immediately turned on from the city. Light, water and air conditioning are constantly in operation. There is parking for cars. The territory of the hotel is always cleaned, the furniture is clean. A swimming pool with clear water. Beach towels are provided separately upon request. The beach with an excellent restaurant is a 10-minute walk away. Delicious coffee (raf, cappuccino...) in the "Lighthouse" is also 10 minutes away. A calm, delicious and serene holiday is guaranteed.

I recently stayed at the Dolphin for a couple of days on a business trip. The rooms are well maintained, clean, smell fresh, the beds are comfortable, toiletries and slippers are of good quality. An excellent hotel and its territory with a swimming pool, barbecue area and tables under umbrellas.
Olga Vladimirovna, a very pleasant, friendly hostess, promptly helped us with all questions and requests. THANKS a LOT to her for that!
The entire hotel staff is also wonderful. Administrators Kristina and Denis - well done! The cleaning girls do their job 110%!
There is a home-made dining room on the territory of the hotel, with dishes of the level of a good cafe, you can also buy drinks: min.water, lemonades, beer, as well as delicious cakes of your own production.
I really want to come to Sukhum again and stay at the Dolphin.

We are currently vacationing at the Dolphin Hotel in Sukhumi.The hotel is cool.
1. The rooms are excellent, the bed, towels (3 pieces per person) are snow-white.They are changed every 3 days.
2 Shampoo,gel,balm,soap,toothbrush,toothpaste are all there.
3.Hair dryer,electric kettle.

Iron,ironing board,refrigerator.
There is a cafe on site, they cook delicious, everything is fresh.Two women cook, very nice.We ordered pizza for the evening, it was very tasty.
There is a swimming pool on site, you can swim in the evening and there is also a children's pool.
The only sea is a little far away, but it's not a problem for us.We like to walk.The sea is the purest, there was a storm and we thought there would be mud, but we came, and there is the purest blue water.The hotel is not for one time, you will want to come here again.

Nice guest house. The sea is 15 minutes away at a calm pace. The room is clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Linen and towels were changed every 4 days, room cleaning every day. Upon arrival, they found that the faucet in the shower was not working properly. The faucet was promptly changed. There is a well-equipped paid beach nearby. There is a good dining room on site, everything is hot, a large selection of dishes, not expensive. I liked everything very much! We will be happy to relax in this guest house again. The hotel was very pleased with the service and attitude. Everything is very clean: snow-white towels and a bed. Towels are provided free of charge in the pool and at the sea. There is a full set of cosmetics in the bathroom. Daily cleaning (I met you in Abkhazia for the first time). The staff is always polite and friendly. Everything was told and shown.
To the sea 10 minutes on foot, to the bus stop - 5 minutes, to the embankment - 20 minutes on foot.

Super! It's just great!
Clean rooms, regular cleaning. Everything works in the room! The staff and the administrator are on top. He will always tell you everything, tell you, advise, take you. The owner is very customer-oriented - he settled us earlier in the day, asked for wine from the road, organized everything (just a cannon!). Food is a separate topic - it is 2 meters from the hotel. The menu is for both adults and children, for every taste!
We were a family with children. In general, thanks to the owner and the administrator for everything!

We wanted to express our gratitude to Vladimir Viktorovich and his wife for the excellent organized service, the sensitive and caring attitude of the staff towards their guests. The kitchen staff are wonderful, they always fed for 5+, the food was fresh, the kitchen was clean. We have been working in this hotel for 2 years.

We really liked the hotel. The room is clean - everything matches the photos on the websites. The linen was changed every other day, the linen was clean - snow-white + the room was cleaned every day. The room has everything you need. The hotel has its own courtyard with its own dining room, where they cook very tasty (special thanks to the girls from the kitchen!!). There is a private pool with sun beds. There is a barbecue area with a large table. We definitely recommend the hotel!!! There is a desire to come back again! We had a rest in August, I really liked the hotel! Cozy rooms, clean linen, cleaning is done every day, it's always nice to come in after a walk! There is a cafe at the hotel where you can have a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner! A very pleasant courtyard and gazebo where you can barbecue on your own or just sit! I liked the pool, always when there was time we rested by the pool. The staff is very friendly, they always went to a meeting if anything was needed. I will note the individual approach of the administrator Kristina, thank you very much! I advise you to stay in this place, it has a pleasant atmosphere!

A small family hotel, but very cozy, clean, caring. On the territory there is a swimming pool, a small cafe, a children's area, a summer kitchen. Very reasonable prices, cleanliness, several towels, shampoos, gels, slippers, etc. Everything is at the level of European 5 stars! We rested at the Dolphin several times. Very friendly hosts, polite staff. It is always clean, perfectly cleaned, towels are white and in sufficient quantity. A small but cozy area, there is a place for children to relax and play. Nice pool, small, but enough for the children (I prefer the sea). Wonderful cuisine, pleasant prices, homemade cooking and always everything is fresh.

We had a rest with the whole family. We really liked it!!!The territory is very clean, swimming pools (for children and adults). There is a gazebo, barbecue, children's swing. The rooms are clean, cozy, wet cleaning is carried out daily, everything you need to eat (refrigerator, iron, ironing board, hair dryer). The food in the dining room is delicious, varied, and prepared quickly. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea, 20 minutes to the city. The hosts and staff are helpful and courteous!!! If necessary, they will tell you about excursions, where to visit the city. And in general, very kind people!!!! The most suitable place for a family, relaxing holiday. I really didn't want to leave, but next time we'll come here!!!

We rested at the Dolphin Hotel at the end of August 2022. I really liked the room and the hotel in general. The room is cleaned every day, the territory is always clean. Great pool, it was always clean too. There is food on site, they cook delicious, homemade. Separately, I would like to mention Kristina, the hotel manager, always friendly, always answered all questions with a smile, helped with excursions, with calling a taxi. We have been vacationing with our family in this hotel for the 5th year, it never ceases to amaze with its comfort. Every year the hotel is transformed not only from the outside, but also from the inside. The rooms have everything you need, starting with soap accessories, ending with an iron and ironing board.If you come with a baby, they will additionally install a cot and give you a potty (our 1st arrival was with a 2-year-old daughter).
We really appreciate the atmosphere of comfort and silence in this hotel.
I would also like to note the sensitivity of the administrator Kristina, who has not changed over the years, which gives a sense of stability and reliability of this place. And, of course, the cordiality and hospitality of the hosts Olga and Vladimir.

A great hotel. It's not just beautiful, cozy and super clean. But also mentally. Administrator Kristina is a smart girl! When we were in Sukhumi for the first time, we got lost, and they saved us. They came for us, got into the situation: they settled in a little earlier, because we were tired as hell. I didn't want to leave. We'll come again. We advise everyone. There is a restaurant on site. I highly recommend barabula, meat in Abkhazian and homemade wine and homemade cake ginger.

A very pleasant place!
Comfortable room, everything is clean, regular cleaning. All necessary hygiene supplies and a tea set. There is a swimming pool, a recreation area, a place to relax with a barbecue)
Special thanks to Elena for her attentiveness and friendly attitude to vacationers, and to the chefs for excellent food.
Breakfast (everything is served from the stove) was full for half a day.
The beach is nearby, paid- Del Mar, well-maintained, good cafe. For those who like a secluded holiday, there is a huge coastline with a very clean sea.
You can walk to the center, you can take a trolleybus, the stop is nearby, the fare is 5 rubles)!!
We had a great rest, we recommend it to everyone!!!!
As in the last trip, Sukhum did not disappoint us!!!

This is our first time in Abkhazia and we are very lucky!
Beautiful hotel, very cozy rooms.
The room has everything you need - a hair dryer, iron, dryer. I thought to bring a hair dryer with me - it turned out that I didn't use it at all))) On-site cafe - very tasty homemade food - and fast) Special thanks to Lala-chef)
The pool is a separate fat plus - it is fenced off from the rest of the vacationers, clean, warm, illuminated, we rested without leaving home.)
It's 10 minutes to the sailor - and on the way there are delicious cafes with Sukhumi beer and awesome kvass!!
In general, everything is great, I recommend it and my friends. Next year we will go again - and it is to this hotel!!!

We had a rest at the Dolphin Hotel this summer from July 7 to July 17. We arrived by train, we were met by a friendly taxi driver and taken to the place. A girl named Kristina, very kind, showed us the room, asked the guys to carry the suitcases to the second floor. Everything is very good, at home. There were four of us, two women and two girls, so there were two rooms. Each bedroom has a TV, air conditioning. Bathroom and toilet, accessories. It's so clean and cozy. Everything you need for us: refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, wardrobe, safe. Bed linen is changed every three days, towels every other day. Cleaning rooms and taking out garbage daily. Kristina asked us daily how we were doing, if everything was fine. She will sign us up for the tour herself, transfer the payment, the excursion transfer goes to the hotel and takes us back to the hotel. The food at the hotel is very tasty, the girls cooks cooked according to our order, always fresh pastries, homemade compote with fresh fruits. The people are friendly. As you behave, so will you be treated. We are very grateful to the hospitality of the hotel owners and all employees. We wish you prosperity and good visitors.
