I used to eat at this place, but after some incidents I don't feel like it anymore.
First— I saw a waitress drop a shawarma right behind the cash register. They picked it up, dusted it off, and took it to the client. I was standing nearby at that moment, buying bread — the impression remained extremely unpleasant.
Secondly— I live in the same building where Dagerman is located. Cockroaches are crawling out of their technical door in our entrance. The whole house is tormented by them now. Whether you believe it or not is up to you, but this is a fact that I have personally observed.
That's why I don't go there anymore and I don't recommend it to anyone.

I recently visited this wonderful cafe and was delighted! The food is beyond praise, especially the meat — incredibly tasty and soft, cooked just perfectly. Everything was at the highest level, and I will definitely come here again! I recommend it to anyone who appreciates high-quality and delicious food.

On the 19th, we were with our granddaughter in the Nikolsky Bazaar area, on Baitursynov, we were on business, had a lot of time, got hungry and decided to have a snack in this cafe. They made an order, served us very very quickly, which was amazing and pleasant! All the food is delicious, fresh, the portions are large, and the prices are small! I have been visiting this network since 2021, in August of the 21st year I had lunch with my daughter at Gagarin's corner of Abai.. The food was super tasty, fresh, and appetizing. Drinks too. The service is pleasant - fast and professional. I often bought loaves there.
I have also been online more than once in Issyk.
During the last year of the visit (23), I noticed that samsa with both chicken and meat became tasteless. The dough began to be made tasteless - heavy. The cooled samsa became generally inedible due to poor-quality dough.
I don't use this fast food chain anymore.
