They left their cat for 3 days with suspicion of something viral, they had to leave, bought everything that these "doctors" prescribed, as a result, when they had to pick up the kitten, they said on the phone that there were three kittens and all died (I'm not surprised) I clarified the color of the carrier and it turned out that ours was alive, I came to pick it up and saw that it was covered in urine and feces, they never took it out of the carrier for 3 days, and the employee said that he changed the film right before my arrival, but in fact there was so much left in the package as we bought!
