Very convenient location of the hotel: in the center, within walking distance in the "golden square", near shopping centers, Republic Square, Koktobe ascent. Clean rooms, not smoky. But they are not loyal at all: we had an early check-in, booked through the Island, they told us on the portal that the hotel would make a discount, in reality they refused us, they took us for a couple of hours, as for the whole day. There is a coffee machine, but you can only pay with a card, which is completely inconvenient.

Cleaning - every day, shower gel, shampoo, soap are updated every day. Towels, bed - once every three days. Some rooms do not have a refrigerator or a TV. Some bathrooms have a hygienic shower.
