They asked for 2 hookahs of 6 out of 10 strength. They brought very weak ones, when asked to change them to a stronger one, they tried to fix the situation, but nothing worked, we didn't see any taste or strength, it dragged heavily, there was almost no smoke. The coals were rarely changed, and the comment about the insufficient strength was not received very positively. And this is for 60 rubles for 1 hookah (even in other more top hookah bars in the city, the cost is cheaper, and hookahs are many times cooler). The waiter does not know the menu: they ordered tinctures, accepted the order, after some time he returns and says that there are no tinctures. The dialogue begins, "not at all? no?", I literally pull out the information on the menu with tongs and it turns out that there are tinctures, but not all. I ask, "Which ones are there?" and the waiter leaves again to clarify. The question is, why couldn't I immediately clarify what was available and come back, or did the person really not think that I wouldn't ask what was available in response to "no"? The good stuff is good music. I don't see any point in going there anymore, there are a lot of other decent hookah bars in Minsk with excellent service and excellent tobacco.
