Gomel. We bought a red rose, ordered it in advance. When they came to pick it up, they actually turned out to be mini roses as a shrub. There is one in the photo, but in fact it is a trifle. I do not recommend this store. Since the management service responds that they are not aware of which roses the recipient is picking up.

Brest. Disgusting attitude towards customers. I ordered a bouquet of 35 red roses two days before March 8. An hour later they called back and said that there were not so many reds and they could beautifully combine other colors, which I agreed to. Arriving at the store at the appointed time, my bouquet was not ready. To my question, what is the matter, the girls sweetly replied that they did not know how to make a bouquet better for them. Then I started choosing flowers and their colors to combine. But when the flowers were taken out, to put it mildly, they were "rotten". In general, thanks to them, I grabbed a firebrand and raced across Brest to look for normal flowers. I highly do not recommend this desk. Comments on the site are not passed through moderation, which is why they try to raise their rating.
