Sometimes the prices for roses are very good, especially if you take from 7 pcs., but they cost very little at home for literally 3 days and that's it, despite the fact that my wife constantly cuts the tips and changes the water in the morning, the maximum bouquet of 15 roses stood for 4 days. As it is, the store has a nice, friendly staff and a large selection of colors.

Good afternoon) Not a bad flower shop.But, there is no choice of packaging products, the roses are fresh, and if you honestly consider the purchase of roses , packaging - it turns out the same thing if you buy a ready-made bouquet .

I ordered the pickup of 3 bouquets. After 2 hours, I received a text message that the bouquets were ready. I arrive, and only 2 are ready, and then in fact 1 is ready, and 2 are in a different wrapper. I had to wait for 2 bouquets to be collected, and I got drunk! No bonus or discount was offered! Before that, I took it repeatedly and everything was fine, perhaps because of the holiday!

I do not recommend it! We ordered a bouquet in advance, sent an SMS that it was ready, arrived - the bouquet was not even close to ready, not packed. As a result, they packed a bouquet of limp roses, which did not bother the employee at all. Only on demand, repackaged from other roses. The packaging subsequently fell apart

Gomel. Red roses were ordered to order by a certain date. In fact, the Rose does not match the Instagram photo. The rose is small as a bush. The bud is very small. It was a complete disappointment, there was no time to look for something else. I don't recommend it to anyone. The manager replies that they do not know which flowers the recipient receives as a result.

We ordered a bouquet of roses for the anniversary from the Instagram photo of this store. Upon receiving the bouquet, it turned out that the roses were different, a different variety (smaller buds), but no one warned that there would be other flowers. Moreover, the packaging was all crumpled, had to be replaced, which also did not save the bouquet. There was no time to look for another bouquet, I had to take what I had. But the impression was no longer the same.
So this is an expectation-reality situation. Terrible service.
