I handed over the vacuum cleaner to repair the power button. After the inspection, the contractor issued a receipt for payment indicating the cost of 100 rubles. Additional. No services were ordered . The next day, the contractor called and informed about the readiness of the vacuum cleaner. He also said about cleaning the filter at a cost of 30p without approval .Upon arrival, we saw that the filter was not cleaned, the contractor demanded 130p from us. Firstly, we did not order the service, and secondly, the filter remained in the same condition after the "so-called cleaning". Thus, the contractor tried to deceive us and get money for a service that we did not order , but he did not perform . As a result, when we issued the vacuum cleaner, we paid 100 rubles for the repair of the button. Today, the contractor calls and informs us that he has blacklisted us. When asked why the filter remained in the same condition , he says that he did not clean it , but gave advice on cleaning the filter himself . And it turns out that you need to go back and pay 30 rubles for this . But we didn 't ask for a consultation either . After that, the contractor said that he would cancel the warranty for the repair of the button. The first and last time we turned to this master , I consider it too much to openly deceive people .
