The main advantage
The location. Near the green line of the metro, tram T1, iconic sights within walking distance.
Daily cleaning, kettle, refrigerator.
The room is nice, but small.
The hotel itself is small and quiet.
Accept UP cards.
Every day 2 bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar.
There was a hair dryer, my wife said that it buzzes more than it dries. It's better than none.
Minuses
A soft bed, someone with back problems can shoot.
Local breakfast (greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, sausages, cheeses, eggs, scramble, meze, butter, bread, tea, coffee, packaged juices). I didn't have enough potatoes and sausages. Scramble looked scary.
There is no extractor hood in the bathroom.
You can stop. Upon check-in , they settled in a room on the ground floor with a view of the basement , which was expected. +70 euros changed the situation, we were moved to the 6th floor, the view was good (in my opinion).

Good morning. I want to leave a review about the hotel. The location is really good, the hotel is relatively clean. That's where the good ends. I stayed at this hotel for the first time for a week. And of course for the last time. The renovation in the rooms is very tired. Does not match the photos on the site. One day I went out of the room to smoke, I was gone for 10 minutes, I come back and lo and behold!!!! I approach the room, and it is ajar and the cleaner in my room has put her foot in the sink and is washing. Is it OK???? I.e. freely entered. And then she said she was OK and laughed. How's that, guys? This morning, at the checkout, they showed me that I needed to pay extra for coffee, which allegedly turned out to be not free at breakfast, although breakfast is included and no one warned me at all that the coffee somehow turned out not to be free. In general, you need to pay an additional 86 dollars for coffee. Well, draw conclusions. When you leave the room, keep $ 100 ready)))))))) There are no words!!!!!

The hotel is not bad! Of course, the photos posted on the site are perfect, not everything is perfect in person, but this is not critical. Our room had a view of the buildings from all sides) the hotel staff offered to change the room. Things from the dry cleaning were waiting for three days, Allah willing))) Clean, always cleaned. A comfortable bed. There is always water, tea, coffee, and a kettle in the room. Good breakfast! Fruits, desserts, and more. The spa is paid))) Clear. Among the disadvantages, the hammam is cold, the bath is cold. The staff is very nice and helpful.

A good hotel, we rented 2 rooms - a connecting room, 2 adults and 2 children. A normal breakfast buffet: there is a small variety, but everything you need for a healthy lifestyle is there... The pool and spa, in view of covid, need to be ordered in the morning - for an hour... Service at a height: we helped to organize a guided tour and PCR delivery with minimal effort... it is relatively close to the historical center and there is a huge space for shopping - we were in transit for 4 days, spent half of what we took with us for a month...

A very contradictory impression of the hotel, but more negative. Convenient location (walking distance to nearby attractions such as
Sofia Mosque, Topkapi Palace and others nearby), a beautiful external entrance, a comfortable wide bed, although a little softer than necessary, but this is for an amateur, a pleasant color scheme in the room. This is where the positive impression ends. And it's not even the small size of the hotel itself, as well as the rooms, bathroom and breakfast area (it's hard to call it a restaurant), but the first impression (both in terms of staff, contingent of guests, and the shortcomings of the room equipment). Having started serving us with friends, by the way, Americans, the receptionist readily switched to Arab men, who were brought by someone from the management, and only our polite protest prevented him from doing so, they had to wait. As for the contingent, Arab men were even allowed to choose their own dishes at breakfast, touching everything with their hands without gloves, although other guests were categorically not allowed to do this, the waitress brought everything to the table and did not even allow them to approach the food (which is correct). Therefore, we tried to come to breakfast early, before the arrival of the Arab men. The second negative impression was made by the presence of torn wallpaper in the room and the expression of surprise of the staff at our request to change the room (however, they sealed the holes, and everyone complained about some children who tore off the wallpaper, but it wasn't even about the children, although they could hardly cut an even hole, but that the staff with with a clear conscience, he put other guests in the room, however, we didn't care anymore). The main disadvantage was that we arrived in Istanbul at the end of our trip through a beautiful country, having visited both Cappadocia with its cave hotels and the Aegean coast, which is why we were surprised by such strange circumstances at the hotel. But, since friends chose the hotel, I can't say if they knew about all its oddities, the price was not small. Yes, and the audibility between the rooms is excellent, either a sincere conversation in the next room, or the TV really bothered us even after the flight. Next time, definitely, we will look for another hotel, fortunately, there are a lot of them around...

The breakfasts are good. There are hot dishes, fruits, pastries and even dessert.
The location is very convenient. Almost everything is within walking distance.
The rooms are good. The beds are comfortable. Those who are used to sleeping on an orthopedic pillow will be uncomfortable.
The spa is pleasant. But you need to sign up for the day, preferably in the morning. The pool is small, but there is enough for a family.
It was cool in the room in April.

A good enough hotel close to the main attractions of Istanbul (Suleymaniye Mosque, Blue Mosque, etc.).
Beautiful, aesthetic interiors of the lobby, restaurant, rooms, corridors. Delicious breakfasts (different types of cheeses, sausages, lots of fruits, hot dishes, muesli, etc.).
There is a swimming pool, Hammam and sauna!))
You can work on a laptop in the lobby, good Internet connection.
I put 4 for the fact that there are flaws in the rooms, for example, a chip on the bedside table, a torn handle in the bathroom, old rusty elements in the shower, the smell of smoking is present in the room (with the window closed), although smoking is prohibited in the hotel (perhaps because someone still decided to smoke in the bathroom in the next room or constantly drags smoke out of the window).
Of course, I didn't really like that the view from the window in some rooms is into the wall, and there are rooms where the windows are located close to each other))
In general, the hotel is not bad, but I would like to see that it is taken care of and all the shortcomings are eliminated, and not just scored on them.

A great hotel almost in the center of the city. There is a Russian-speaking staff. Healthy staff in the restaurant. . The only thing is that there is not enough high-quality Wi-Fi in the room. However, the room is on the opposite side from the administrators. Maybe in those rooms that are closer to the elevator and better. But it's quiet in the room. Who needs what. I definitely recommend it

For this money, there are better hotels in two steps, take your time, you will regret 100%. The rooms are dead, everything is broken, nothing is being repaired, but that's okay, the main disadvantage is the size of the room, it's scanty, you need to walk sideways in it, it's small even for two! There were 3 nights here on New Year's Eve holidays in 2021 during a full lockdown. Due to the availability of rooms, we made an upgrade for free. The staff is excellent, they always helped with all questions. The price tag for the Hotel is excellent. The location in the old district of Fatih is a tourist place, a bit hectic. Next time, of course, I would prefer a little secluded places - for example, the Chukurjuma district (a very colorful area).
