1. I support, the interior is on the level. Good dishes.
2. But the furniture, namely its condition, was let down: stains, scuffs, hair, and even crumbs.
3. I ordered 3 items from the menu.
OUTRAGED and alarmed by the lack of an outlet for the dishes, the waitress could not clearly answer about the weight of the finished product.
I stopped at:
-- Ramen is a well-decorated dish, acceptable taste, but WHY is the vermicelli made from CHEAP Doshirax (you know, such wave noodles). In a word, Doshirax Ramen with a crazy margin.
-- Pike perch fillet with creamy garlic sauce. The decoration is back on the level, but the garlic was obviously left in the cook's kitchen, and I was served a sweet creamy sauce. Now briefly about the fillet - an overlay again: A lot of bones and the presence of scales.
-- Green tea in a teapot. For some reason, the waitress shocked me with her question: "Do you want leaf tea or in a bag?". I can say thank you - the quality did not disappoint.
Now briefly about the service:
- When the menu was brought to me, they did not pay attention to the presence of a Staff call button. It was only after a long wait for the order to be accepted that I saw her.
- When ordering, I asked for tea to be brought to me immediately, but it was served after the Ramen, that is, between the first and second courses.
- When serving Ramen, the waitress doubted the cleanliness of the served dishes and brought me a spoon from the next table.
- To my question: Why is there Cheap instant noodles in an expensive Ramen dish? An ingenious answer sounded: I'll tell the cook. But it remains a mystery what exactly it is.
- As I mentioned earlier: when serving tea, between the first and second courses, a teaspoon was not served.
- Only the waiter who made the payment turned out to be friendly.

- yesterday, before leaving, we acquainted the administrator with our review and said: "I was at your place 2 times, the first and the Last," to which I received the answer: "Okay," which confused me extremely and I tried to clarify: Is it good that I won't come anymore?

Great place, delicious cuisine. We need to work on the service. Until you ask, dirty dishes and used napkins will not be removed from the table)
