Not a small shopping center, but not a big one either.
There are only 2 floors, it is convenient with a stroller that there are elevators.
I didn't like that there was one cafe on the 1st floor and food courts on the second... The cafe is not separated from the aisle in any way, the design as in the dining room did not create the impression that I could have a delicious snack here.
The food courts were generally disappointed: a mess, dirty, unfinished repairs, there is a veranda, but it is heavily smoked. It seems that I chose what to have a snack, but I couldn't eat properly, it became bad on the food court due to the stuffiness, poor ventilation and lack of noise suppression elements.
I was satisfied with the choice of children's stores.
Parking is large, but there is a constant traffic jam at the main entrance, people are being put in and out, while there is no dedicated space for a quick stop, and some leave their cars right near the entrance, which also slows down traffic.
There was a long queue at the supermarket... If something did not break through, then the buyer ran away to exchange money... On the one hand, everything is simple and not stressful, but if you have a timing, then it's better not to go to the supermarket.

Despite the rather large location from the house, Dalma also pleases with a large number of various shops and playgrounds for children. Guess is a strange one, with a line of clothes that almost does not intersect with the real one (on the site) and not according to Guess - extremely nondescript. We came from Moscow. We went to watch a movie. Be sure with your own" they don't let you in there. It was a morning session, so we decided to buy food before going to the cinema. Considering that this is ONE SINGLE shopping center, we were not allowed to carry the products purchased on the floor below. Moreover, food can be brought there, but only specifically purchased at the cinema itself.
Honestly, I do not know what they did not like about the popcorn, which was bought for 500 drams less...
An idiotic attitude and absolutely not a logical decision. I would put 0 stars, but I put 1 only because the hall is good. We watched it in 2d. The mood is spoiled. No one is obliged to buy your popcorn for 1100 AMD. It was the day before the flight. It was not profitable to exchange money.
Dear employees and employees of the shopping center. I ask you to take into account that there are also flights to Armenia from other countries!!! It is not profitable for everyone to exchange currency a thousand times in order to purchase the right product. There is a lot not written on the official website. We visited this shopping center in October 2024. We were pleased with the stores Massimo Dutti, Mango and Zara. All the shops are tidy, there is no mess, as often happens in them.
There was not enough adequate navigation in the shopping center itself so that you could easily find the right store. There are also questions about the food court, it was stuffy, and there were a lot of untidy tables.

Dining on the floor of the food court is much more pleasant than in the cafe on the ground floor - terrible service, 10 minutes waiting for the waiter, no one smiles, everyone walks with a very busy face. At some point, I finally manage to ask for an invoice and wait for this invoice for another 10 minutes.
In fact, it's amazing how in such a popular shopping center, in the only cafe, they keep such staff (you go there hopelessly if you want to eat non-fast food. Moreover, the situation does not change from year to year
