It's a very nice hotel. The animation is good, they get along with the children at an excellent level. There is football, water polo, volleyball, various dances in the pool. The rooms are good. Also on the territory of the hotel there is a whole water park, a free cafe near the sea, as well as the restaurant itself in the hotel, which is free, as well as a cafe near the sea, there is a paid cafe for visitors to the water park. At night, there is a disco for children near the cafe.The food at the hotel is delicious. The staff is friendly and solves various issues. I lost my phone during my vacation, so the hotel staff became more active and started looking for it, looking at the cameras where I could be, as a result, they found it very quickly, thanks a lot to them for that. We had a rest at the Daima Biz Hotel with the whole family, and I want to share my impressions.
Accommodation: The hotel consists of several buildings resembling large ships. The reception looks elegant and welcoming, but the rooms decorated in a nautical style are already in need of renovation. We had a standard room with a view of the mountains – it was quite quiet there, which pleased us.
Territory and infrastructure: The territory is spacious and well maintained. The main advantage is the water park with more than 20 slides. There are also several pools. It is especially convenient that you can visit the nearby DoluSu water park for free with its extreme slides and flyboard shows.
Beach: Walk about 350 meters to the beach through an underpass. The beach is sandy and pebbly, with a gentle entrance to the sea. There are plenty of deck chairs, but it's better to take them early. There are large rocks under water, so it's better to have special shoes.
Meals: The food is good in the main restaurant with an outdoor terrace. There is also an a la carte restaurant and three bars. The food is simple but delicious, with a sufficient selection of dishes on the buffet. The fruits were apples, pears, nectarines, peaches, melons, watermelons.
Service: The staff is generally friendly, but the room cleaning could have been better. Sometimes it was difficult to find a clean chaise longue on the beach.
Location: The hotel is located on the edge of the village of Kirish, 10 minutes from Kemer by bus. A bus runs every 15 minutes to the terminal in Kemer (near the white tower).
Tip: It is better to take excursions outside the hotel – it will be almost twice cheaper. On Monday and Tuesday, the bazaar arrives in Kemer – you can bargain and buy souvenirs and products at affordable prices.
In general, the hotel is not bad for its price category, especially if you plan to spend a lot of time on the beach and in the water park. But if comfort and impeccable service are important to you, it's worth looking at other options.

I was vacationing here in August 2021. At the time of my stay, the hotel was clean and tidy, and the room was cleaned every day. The hotel is decorated in a nautical style, which is quite unusual. We had a room on the ground floor with access to the pool. The surrounding area is large and has its own slides, like in a water park.
The culinary variety was impressive: fish, beef, chicken, turkey — there was plenty of everything. Fruits, vegetables, herbs and pastries were served without restrictions! Beer, vodka, cognac and local wine were offered from alcohol. I didn't really like the alcohol, although fortified wine with a couple of glasses lifted my mood. The sea is clear, there is a large beach with sun loungers.
Overall, I was satisfied with my vacation and would love to come back here again!

Each hotel has its own pros and cons.
I have a 14-year-old son, which is why I chose this hotel because of the Aquagorks.
Upon arrival, we did excellent SPA treatments: complex : sauna + scrubbing + foam massage + complex massage + mask and pomegranate tea.
Without a hack for 35 cu. e. Next to the pool is the cleanest, 25 meters. Gorgeous!
The gym is cleaned every morning, but I had all the necessary equipment.
The breakfasts are monotonous, but mozzarella and goat cheese are plentiful. For lunch and dinner, everything is fine: meat and fish, strawberries and melon. Wine and champagne, please.
There is no ice cream. Coffee at the reception is grain for a fee, but Turkish tea will be prepared for fans of this drink without payment. The coffee in the equipment is instant.
There is a tennis court, table tennis, animation.

I had a rest in the month of May . With two sisters and two nieces , the girls are 9 years old . It was posted quickly . The room for 5 was a gorgeous 2-room suite with 3 separate beds and one double. Two bathrooms . A military room and a Jacuzzi . The territory is not large , well maintained . There is a swimming pool on site. . There are enough deck chairs. There is a water park across the street. The visit is included in the price. There was no limit to the delight of the children . Actually, we enjoyed it. The food is quite decent . There is also an opportunity to have a snack on the territory of the water park. The only negative is the evening pastime. There is practically no children's animation, adults are also left to themselves.

Our tourists rested here - they came to the hotel in August 2024 for the fifth time, they are very satisfied! The food was especially praised! There is a water park with extreme slides! The animation is great, especially for children! The only disappointment: the hotel is now divided into 2, the amphitheater has moved to the second hotel nearby, the entrance to the territory of the second hotel is unavailable. Therefore, the evening programs that were available during the previous visit are not available. But those tourists who came for the first time liked the hotel very much and in this format! (Since I've seen enough, I started reading reviews about hotels in Turkey.) everything was not at 5, but at a solid 4 in my opinion for sure. As for food, you will find something to eat for sure: there are many dishes for all tastes, both for vegans and for exotics. At your disposal is the main restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served, you have a lobby bar, a pool bar, a restaurant near the beach (they call it a snack bar - in fact, half of the dishes from lunch (everything is fresh, don't worry)), a bar near the beach. You won't stay hungry (but that's not for sure (their climate is such that we personally ate very heavily (and much more than at home), 40 minutes later, after cocktails, we felt hungry again;) We brought +3 kg each from vacation - the bees have bitten!
On vacation, we were in the third half of May. It so happened that the sea was 19° for the first two days. Then it gets warmer, but I want to point out that their sun is very aggressive. You can burn out in the sun in 20-30 minutes without cream, and when it sets, a cool wind blows, either from the mountains or from the sea... But it's very chilly!
They begin to entertain you almost from the opening of the beach bar (10:00), they offer to play bucha, then volleyball, then darts (it's very interesting if the main contingent is adults :)). In the evening, a disco for children at 20:30, then an hour and a half later for adults.

I really liked the hotel , the whole family went to the end of August 2023 and the beginning of September. Conveniently located , no mountains or slopes on the way , shops are within walking distance. The food was monotonous , but we didn 't stay hungry .
Its own water park , it 's very cool there . The sea is rocks , not very comfortable . There are few Russians, mostly foreigners. The rooms are poorly cleaned , we had two showers - one did not work , it was never fixed . But in general, everyone had a good time.

The only advantage of the hotel is the disposable pads on the toilet seats. And that's not in all toilets, and that's it.

Everything is dirty, battered, dirty. Finding a clean plate is already a quest. The same applies to clean glasses with mugs.

The staff is in the middle three. Everyone is tired, unhappy, lazy, and demotivated. If you want drinks brought to you at lunch or dinner, then just get your ass up and stand in line for 10 minutes. There is no such service here. Also, be happy with a quarter of a poured plastic cup, because it's no longer allowed (they have cameras). And they don't know about glasses at all. Be content with a glass with the Pepsi logo and you'll be lucky if it's clean.
The territory and rooms are the fantasy of a wonderful person who thought of putting glossy tiles by the pool in order, apparently, to raise the cash register at the medical center. As well as the equipment of the rooms... and everything would be fine if you didn't pay attention to the smudges on the ceiling and lousy repairs. They even tried to think about tourists here, but they only tried... they installed a refrigerator and a kettle, and then think for yourself. The refrigerator is empty, as well as near the kettle. Then why do you need it, you may ask? But because the standards of the top five do not allow their absence. If you want to have tea/coffee in your room, please bring everything you need with you, including dishes. You will not find any tea, coffee, sugar, or mugs in the room, even if the room is of increased comfort. Consider that the kettle is just a decorative element and a test of your skill in getting everything you need.
The sea.... If it weren't for going into the sea, I would say it was lovely, but you have to try to get into it (yes, Kemer is all like that, but you could also figure out a small pier).
Not the first line. You won't be able to watch the sea from your room, even if you paid for it. An underpass under the highway, a long water park area, and voila.. You're at sea, where there are fucking technical ships and barges.
Ultra all inclusive is just a phrase whose meaning no one knows. No imported drinks, no frills in the restaurant. The only delicacies here are strawberries and shrimps once a week, for which you need to stand in line for 20-30 minutes and you won't get them, even if you came first for dinner. What can I say... there's not even an icing for breakfast. There are omelets and scrambled eggs, oh yes... and boiled eggs. Instead of porridge, broth made from milk interspersed with cereals. All food is the same temperature, it doesn't matter if it's cucumbers or chicken. They are equally warm.
No one has heard of gozleme, ice cream is only for money. Wi-Fi is free, but in principle, like everything is free here, it's completely free. Dancing with a tambourine under a ficus tree for 2 hours and you will send a message in the messenger. It's just a shame.
The animation begins with a children's disco and ends with it, followed by live music. Forget about the show.
If you're wondering where to spend a couple hundred dollars on vacation and get depressed, come here, they'll help you with that for sure.

In general, the standard breakfast meals, the hotel in the form of a ship, were occupied on the 1st floor with individual access to the pool. I didn't like the old plumbing and when washing in the shower, water flowed out of the tray onto the floor, and I had to use a foot towel to collect water on the floor, and as it turned out, the floors were not clean, because the white foot towel turned gray. The beach and the sea are cool, but large stones in the water hurt your feet when you set, it's better in corals and I liked that there is an evening disco on the beach, so there is no noise in the evening at the hotel, you can relax in peace. The hotel does not meet the stated standard. There was no service, low customer orientation, the staff did not speak English at the reception, money was stolen from the room, the investigation did not yield results. The rooms are nightmarish with ants and mosquitoes. Meals for 3. We have been vacationing in Daimyo since 2012. For us, this hotel is the best in Turkey. This time we came with friends. Starting from Reshepsen, where Arzu, the administrator with excellent Russian, was polite, friendly, quickly reacted to our wishes and provided us with rooms with a swimming pool, our children had no limit to their joy! That's how we were greeted, that's how our vacation went, everyone is smiling, offering help, cleanly neat, slides, kitchen, fruits, water, pastry, everything is on top! And I would like to mention the SPA salon separately. Director Zufar is polite and tactful, advised to take a massage course. I didn't decide right away, then I regretted that I had missed the time. Muslim is a massage therapist, a professional in his field! It is rare to meet such a master! After the massage, there was ease in movement! Thank you for the conscientious performance of the massage. We will definitely come again and take the full course. The vacation was a success! I didn't want to leave! I want to write a review about the Daima Biz hotel in Kemer. We had a rest at the end of July 2023. We were received at the airport and at the reception very well! The employees are responsive. They were escorted to the room. The room is good. Only the water in the sink does not go well. Shampoos do not come out... stretch this tube for 10 days🤣 after 5 days (I had to ask at the reception), shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were put on. Thank you. But they did it this way - they threw the vials, they flew apart! Like, choke on it! Very disrespectful! It's a shame even. And it's ultra all-inclusive👏👏👏👏👏strained and with toilet paper.
The cleaning is so-so. There is a mold 10 cm high at the bottom of the walls. The pillowcase is torn. The bed (sheets) were changed once, but the old pillowcases remained in place.
On the territory inside the hotel, at the reception, in the dining room, etc. it is very stuffy as if there are no air conditioners!
As for the dining room, there is a smiling Girl at the entrance- it pleases! The rest of the workers are all very slow. There are no free tables to eat, there is nowhere to sit, although half of the free ones are littered with dirty dishes, because there is no one to clean! You stand waiting for a long time. The dishes are the same trouble. There is a queue for potatoes, pancakes, meat, fried eggs, although in other hotels you just come up and put it on. My friends asked me to take a picture of what they feed us, so I don't have time to take a photo, everything is snapped up like in a hungry year! It's strange that the dishes are not signed. You don't know what kind of soup, for example, or what kind of meat. By the way, the plates should be examined before taking them. They are often not washed and there are a lot of chips. The ladle with which the soup is poured (light) it stands in a stand from under the last soup (red), no one washed it ... nasty. Flies interfere with eating, they sit on your hands, on your feet, on the food itself. There is an ice bucket on each table and a bottle of water in it. So during the whole vacation, there was no ICE in any bucket or on any table! Meaning? Lunch is before 2 p.m. and at exactly 2 p.m. the lights in the dining room are turned off, although people have not finished eating. So it is for breakfast and dinner. Get out! Time's up. It's not pleasant.
About the water park:
There are many large slides for kids! The structures are tall. We didn't dare take a ride. The children were riding. I really liked it except for one slide, on which the child scratched his entire back. At every joint, the joint was painful to say.
There is a large swimming pool where there are many people who want to swim, because the water park is open only until 17h. There is a bar nearby. As for the bars, the drinks are all there! Take whatever you want. The only problem is that there is no ice after lunch, and without it in the heat it's bad, and that's why we don't go to the bar. The counter is very dirty, everything is dirty under the counter where people are queuing! No one will walk with a mop, rag or broom.
We take paid delicious ice cream ($1), corn ($ 2) and
smoothies ($ 2). There are several shops on the way to the beach.
It remains to describe the beach. There are showers. The sun beds are all torn and dirty. Paid bungalows are $30 per day. There are buckets for garbage, but often the garbage is out… There is a big dangerous spike sticking out on the pier where people jump into the sea!
The sea is magnificent! Warm and transparent! The sea is a huge PLUS of the hotel, but this is not their merit. My verdict is 2 stars at most. Take my word for it, those who are used to 5 stars have nothing to do here! By the way, in the evenings, there is only a children's disco here, smoothly turning into an adult one. No artists or concerts. There's nothing to watch- there's no one to clap! The maximum burst balloon contest was a foam party 2 times a day on the beach.
During the day, sports games are offered to those who wish.

Positive:
- clear sea, mountains around,
- a good water park for both adults and children (for residents free of charge). The queues are small, we rode all the slides calmly.
- tolerable food, quite tasty (a lot of vegetables, herbs, sauces, fish, chicken, grapes, plums, apricots, sweet watermelons, various side dishes, etc.). During the entire stay, our family did not have any unpleasant events in connection with eating,
- there were no queues for food and free tables, everyone was quietly accommodated. The waiters quickly put away the used dishes.
- tolerable drinks,
- delicious hookah on the beach (it's not a pity to pay $ 15)
- there are a lot of Russian songs at the disco, including live singing (I do not agree with those who write that mostly Turkish music sounds),
- there is a bus stop right next to the hotel. By bus, you can get to the center of Kemer and back in 17 minutes (cost $ 1 per person or payment in lira),
- in the rooms for free: safe, kettle
Minuses:

We rested for 16 nights from July 11 to 27 - 2 adults, 2 children. 460 thousand rubles.
We read rave reviews and regretted the choice.
When we arrived, we had already found reviews about real life here, but it was too late.

15 hours from the airport. Not so far away. We arrived at about 20.30, we were immediately sent to dinner, and then we were registered. Otherwise, we would be hungry, there is nowhere to eat after dinner.
A beautiful hall with remnants of luxury (a gorgeous collection of minerals). The reception is open-there are Russian speakers. Every time they wrote down "we will solve the problem." They didn't decide. I had to "run over". However, only after 4 days. I don't know if it's a plus or not -after the scandal on day 5, they gave me another superior room -much better repairs, sometimes I caught the Internet.
Water park. Lots of slides. Although the water park is very old, scary figures, rusty streaks. But the children were delighted. Although we saw those with scratches. There is a "mermaid show" at 14.00 daily. We didn't go into the heat.
Animation by the beach, the residential area is quiet. The children were sleeping peacefully.
Tennis courts, football fields, gym, mini golf for children. It's good for athletes.

Local privileges. Russians are second-rate. This can be seen in everything from check-in to the relationship in the restaurant. This is a minus for us, but from the position of our state, it is correct.
We first occupied building E, 3rd floor, room Large with a partition. It takes 12 minutes to walk to the sea (in fact, the second line). Dirty -nut husks, hair, mold on the walls -all this upon arrival. Ants. But after the flights, the children were tired - we just didn't have the strength to immediately demand another room. Very poorly cleaned. How fashionable it is to write "tired rooms" in terms of furniture. The kettle is ancient, but there is no tea, coffee, or cup.
The Internet catches only at the door. For two days out of 16, I didn't work half a day in the entire hotel at all. I had to turn on roaming so that my family wouldn't be nervous. The routers (unlike the neighboring hotel) are old. The Internet was not working normally almost anywhere. The Internet began to catch in the new room, but sometimes there were failures. Those who work online are clearly not here!
The safe in the first room was "repaired" for three days, another one was brought for 4. That is, they lived with the risk of losing valuable things.
They moved through a claim with photos (mold, dirt) to a two-room room (building near the restaurant), there are mostly locals. The corridors and elevators are cleaner and more accurate in repair. The room was not cleaned every day, the maid came during the children's sleep and happily left, sometimes without even taking out the trash. She never washed the toilets!
Beach. The sun beds are old, they do not wash. There are often locals around the edges even during the day, no one drives them away. At night they sleep on beds and sun beds. We collected glasses on the beach. In the mornings at 5.30-6.00 photo sessions with horses on the wild nearby beach, including swimming. I'm sorry for the details, but often in the morning, if the wave is towards our beach, "kakahi" swim in the water. I read in the reviews that it's the locals who go to sea. No. These are horses. They were afraid of catching an intestinal infection.
The sea after 16.00 sometimes has big waves. And sometimes there is a lot of garbage. I didn't see any rescuers. In Alanya, I remember running along the beach during a storm, being kicked out of the water-there is no such thing here.
spa. It seemed that it was expensive to visit Muslim (about whom I read reviews), I signed up for Kenan. $30 a session. Twice is normal, after 3 massages there is a bruise on the back and swelling of the lymph nodes on the neck. I was scared. I came to talk. As a result, I was sent to a Muslim who was dispersing lymph, that is, correcting the "shoals" of a colleague. I will never go to the resorts for massages again. The hamam as a gift was just about nothing, unprofessional.
Beach towels (with a deposit of 10 dollars) washed and in a hole. It is necessary to take it before 20.00. The issue starts at 8. I asked - if I swim at 6 in the morning, what should I do? And one lady (not Diana) is so rude to me, "Come on, lie! I didn't see you there!" I was just in shock. That's what you tell your customers. As a result, one towel was simply not handed over.
Restaurant. Dirty dishes. The cups were washed with boiling water. The plates are sometimes chipped and cracked. Flies. Unsanitary conditions.
We caught a two-day virus with a high fever. Obviously through dirty dishes. Everyone was sick around. 38.5-40 temperature. Your throat may hurt. On the second day, the recession is over. On nutrition for a lover of snacks and hot dishes. A lot of spicy and salty. There was only one ice cream! For a fee in the shop and by the beach-2-3 dollars. The air conditioners in the restaurant do not pull. Stuffy. The staff can't handle cleaning the tables. The lower white tablecloths are dirty. The top ones are often just turned over.
Animation. Aqua aerobics at 11.30 in the heat is an inadequate time. There is no entertainment for children except for the same type of disco surrounded by tables with smoking people. There is no show. They looked enviously over the fence at their neighbors.
Cats. There are many of them! If you don't like it or are allergic, then alas.
After moving into a normal room, we calmed down and began to think positively. The hotel is on "3", although there is a good photo where out of 5-3 stars burned out, 2 remained. Perhaps the hotel appreciated itself. Everyone who came here again was shocked, saying that everything was better before. Will we come here again? Definitely not!

We had a family vacation in July 2024, 10 nights.. Of course, there is no smell of a five here. Maybe once the hotel was a top five, but obviously not now. The rooms are all very tired. The wallpaper is peeling off, the tiles in the bathrooms are falling off, the air conditioners are yellow and work through one. Upon arrival, we were accommodated free of charge in the "superior" room 5025 on the ground floor with its own swimming pool. The room looks more like a horse stall. One double bed and two single beds separated by a plywood partition with the same door. In the toilet, the tile literally falls on your head, there is mold on the floor. After swearing and an additional payment of 2000 liras, we were moved to a two-room room with a better pool. However, in one room the air conditioner also did not work (it was repaired after three days), the tiles did not fall off, but the whole was cracked.
The staff can be seen that they are trying, but their number is clearly not enough for such a large number of people.
There were periods when there were not enough plates or glasses in the dining room. People were on guard when they were taken out after washing and disassembled right out of the hands of the taker.
The beach is nice, pebbly. There were only a few places because most of the vacationers are Turks who do not swim in the sea.
The water park is large, but there are 4 interesting slides with queues of 15-20 minutes, especially on weekends, because not only hotel guests can get to the water park, but also visitors from other hotels and cities by buying a ticket at the ticket office.
In general, we will not return to this hotel 100%, although it cannot be said that the rest was absolutely no. The sea is there, the food is there, the pool is there, the rest can be tolerated.

A good hotel especially for children , a wonderful water park , the best in Turkey wherever you are . Now we are in Daimyo for the 10th day and we don't want to leave. Start. At an early check-in, they were settled with an additional fee, this is normal in principle. The rooms are very, very old, the furniture is lumpy, dirty, everything is kept on snot. But the equipment works, the ice freezes - this is the main thing. Problems with the front door in the rooms (we had two) - it closes every other time.
Room cleaning is chic. We cleaned three times in 10 days. Three times I took the garbage out to the cleaner myself, because no one took the garbage away. The bed linen was changed on one of the three beds, attention, on the last day of our stay there. The toilet, sinks, mirrors and shower were never washed.
Restaurant and Food. Well, everything is not so sad here, if you do not pay attention to the dirt and stench. The air conditioners can't cope in the restaurant, you can't stand it for a long time. Plates and cups were dirty, forks and knives were sometimes simply not to be found. The dirty dishes were taken off the table by themselves, the guys either did not have time to clean up, or did not want to. The food is normal, we did not stay hungry. But it is not possible to eat dishes made of minced meat or with minced meat in the composition. There was always grilled red fish for lunch, very tasty. French fries were very helpful. Drinks are standard.
The water park is a fire. The sea is clean, the beach is dirty, there are a lot of broken sun beds. You can't take food to the beach, but that didn't stop tourists from shitting everything.

We stayed at the hotel from September 20 to October 3, 2024. There were three of us, me, my husband and my 5-year-old son. We arrived at 10 pm, the room was given immediately, we had a 4th building, 2 if by elevator, the actual 3rd floor overlooking the road and mountains. We read a lot about the rooms, there was a lot of negativity, but the room was not bad, spacious, 2 children's beds and a double bed for adults through the partition, a spacious bathroom and a balcony. The room has everything you need. The towels were good, the pastels were fresh, but there were small stains, unwashed. In general, the norms.
The food is not bad, it is clear that the chefs are trying, but everything is COLD!!! We do not know for what reason, but the chefs do not turn on the heating of dishes, although it is there. Maybe it doesn't work or I don't know for what reason. They asked the girl, the representative of FanSan, the hotel manager, and the chefs to turn on the heating of the dishes, but to no avail. As a result, you either have to wait for empty dishes to be replaced with new ones and then take warm ones, or eat everything that has cooled down. Even a very tasty cooked dish that has cooled down is not tasty. Coffee is good in coffee machines, water is everywhere in refrigerators in cups in public access. Fruits and vegetables are good, desserts are beautiful, but quite average. In Egypt and Tunisia, they were much tastier with hotels.
Water park. For us, the main criterion in choosing a hotel was a children's water park, my son is 5 years old and he loves water slides very much. The water park is not bad, the only joints on the slides are very noticeable, the water in the water park is cool, after half an hour of riding, the lips of the child are blue. Adults with small children are also allowed on the slides. The adult water park is interesting, there are a couple of unusual slides, but the slides where you ride without cheesecakes are either slow or you will beat off your back because of the joints. The water park is open until October 15th this year!!! You can buy a ticket and come from another hotel to this water park. The water park has a wave pool, and foam parties are often held in it. I also really liked the mermaid show, it runs until the end of September, we managed to go 2 times. A ticket costs $ 10, but tickets are also given out by animators for activity in bocce games, darts, and evening shows. So don't rush to buy, go to the games😉
Animation. Children's animation is very weak, 15 minutes of games and cartoons, or coloring T-shirts for $ 10. We were rare guests at the children's club. But I liked the adult animation and children were accepted into the games. My son and I played bocce several times, animators take children into the team without problems, they don't always take darts, but once we went with my son. There is also volleyball, zumba, and exercise. I really liked the 2 animator guys who lead a mini disco and then adult entertainment. They are very funny, responsive, good-natured guys, they speak all the languages of the world, probably, and they are happy to help in everything. Adult entertainment 4 times a week live music, we did not go and 3 times a week shows like the best man of the hotel, the best woman, the best couple, lotto. It's interesting and fun.
The staff mostly liked it, cleaning almost every day, throwing out garbage, changing towels, washing the floor, changing linen once a week. Few people speak Russian at the reception, it is not very convenient. The bartenders are excellent, especially at the bar near the stage, smiling, speak Russian, always at the workplace, the queue is released quickly, the cocktails are delicious, but a lot of alcohol, always asked to pour a little, but their generosity has no limits 🙈
The territory is small but comfortable, 5 ship hulls, a large swimming pool, a water park across the street (underpass), a stage and the sea. The beach is pebbly, it is impossible to walk without corals, we walked and swam in them. There are a lot of sun beds, there is enough for everyone, there is no need to borrow in the morning. There are small plastic tables and an urn under them, but unfortunately not everyone uses it, there are a lot of cigarette butts, tubes, water cups on the beach. The staff cleans the beach, a couple of times they saw guys with bags full of cigarette butts. Please do not allow yourself to put such garbage strictly in the trash can. There are many fish living near the shore, of course not as colorful as in Egypt, but also very interesting, you can dive with a mask. By the way, we also went to the water park in coral, it's very slippery there.
The overall impression is not bad, but the hotel certainly does not pull for 5 stars, first of all it needs repair of marmites (heating food), restoration of characters in the water park they are very "tired", and in general the hotel is "tired".

I liked everything very much, we went with my sister (she had already rested at this hotel and was happy to go again) and the child is 9 years old.
Food (lots of delicious fish, vegetables and there are always French fries), ice cream was paid 1💲 filling the territory, animation for children and adults, a water park, for any age and height. There is a lot of space for everyone. If you do not have enough sunbed, they will bring it without any problems. Polite staff. Vacationers, as always, were not happy either! Like they don't clean the rooms well, we're not pigs ourselves, so we were clean. The maid even gave us 2 sets of soap and snout)))
The only thing is, I would increase the dance floor, since everything does not fit)) I recommend a hotel! Next time, I want to go to the nearby Mia Rosso Kemer Beach hotel, which is located across the fence from the dime)) Have a good rest!!!

We arrived on July 5th in the evening, at 20.30, at the reception they took the documents and told us to go to dinner, as the restaurant will close soon. Then they settled in room 2 +2. The room has 2 double beds and a partition with two separate beds (can be moved). The conder at first seemed to cool poorly, began to worry that we would get steamed up, called for repairs, came, looked, washed the nets, it got better, then they froze at night, and in the following days they generally exposed 25 degrees and the smallest rotation, and then they slept under blankets. There is a reading room in the lobby, there are little cats there, the children are delighted with them, they squeeze! The restaurant is good, it's cool and comfortable everywhere, the food is varied, everyone has something to eat to their taste. Fruits, pastry, everything is fine.Who goes with young children, get ready that maybe they will eat poorly at first from unaccustomed, then better, and to buy something from milk or purees for children, then you need to go to Migros, everything is expensive here in bazaars, pharmacies ...
I addressed many questions at the reception, everything is always with understanding and respect they treated and helped to resolve issues.

We stayed at Daima biz hotel 5* in June 2024.
This, of course, is not 5 stars, but at best 4.
I'll start with checking in - we arrived at the hotel at 22:00 (delayed flight), we were late for dinner. And we were not fed anything, there is absolutely nowhere to eat from 21:00 to 23:00. It is also impossible to order food for money. At 23:00, the restaurant opens for a night snack, but there is almost no food there either: cucumbers, lettuce leaves, cheese, bread (almost breadcrumbs), jam.
Our room was of the Large category in the farthest building. As it turned out later, - an excellent building, - quiet, calm. There is no sound of the road, night revellers and bathers.
The room itself is one room, divided by a wooden partition into 2 parts, like a screen. Air conditioning in the bedroom. The other half of the room remains without air. It was hard for the children to sleep. Then they got used to it. The room has clean and high-quality bed linen, comfortable pillows, 2 small TVs (almost all in Turkish), a balcony, a spacious wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower cabin. The room itself is tired, the wallpaper is moving away from the walls. The cleaning is average, they left a dollar - they cleaned better. Water is carried at lunchtime by numbers. If you are not in the room, you will not receive water in the room. But every bar in the restaurant has water in the refrigerators. You can take it with you .
The beach is rocky. It is difficult to enter the water without slippers. But the water is clean and transparent, especially in the morning. After 16:00 there are waves, it is more difficult to swim. Small debris floats. On the beach, the guests themselves periodically litter. It's disgusting.
They walk along the beach and offer entertainment at sea for money (parachute, banana, excursions, boat trips). We took an excursion to the Turkish Maldives from Ruslan. We were very satisfied!
There is a bar near the beach - open from 10 am. You can take drinks, water, alcohol. There is a refrigerator with water.
Ice cream is only paid - 2-3 dollars. In the restaurant, ice cream was given 1 time in 10 days. It was delicious)
The road to the beach passes through the large Dolu Su Aqua Park. This is part of the hotel, but as we found out, it works as an independent water park, where crowds of locals with children come for the whole day. We haven't read about this anywhere in advance. Apparently, they are hiding this information. There are a lot of people. There is a children's water park, which is suitable for children from 3 to 11 years old. And there is already a large water park for adults nearby, but children from 100 cm away also ride there. I didn't dare, but my children of 8 and 11 years old rode. I was waiting for them downstairs. The water park itself is shabby and shabby.
Mini-discos and evening shows are held next to the beach bar. The show is a big word. It's more like live Turkish music, more like chanson. We were jealous of the nearby hotel, where there were oriental dance shows and real performances that could be seen a little through the fence. It is impossible to sit and watch children dance. Everyone is smoking. Get ready for the fact that Turks smoke everywhere and always. They don't care that their own children are sitting next to them, but they don't care about strangers. There is a column of smoke on the mini-disco.
Wi-Fi worked in some rooms. I only had a good signal at the beach bar. The room is very weak. We were practically out of touch.
The pool at the hotel is very warm, but also dirty. Floating hair, plasters. Someone's false eyelashes were seen falling off on the shore. In general, we were there 1 time, got stomach problems and we didn't go into the pool anymore. Although there are a lot of people there. There are rooms with access to a private pool. That is, there is a separate pool for 5-6 rooms near the building.
There are adult and children's animations. Adult is volleyball, water polo, bocce, darts. For children, they did not understand what was happening at all))) all during the daytime and the hottest time is 12-15 hours. The children were relaxing in the room at that time. We didn't go at all. On the beach and nearby, we saw animation only when milking adults. At 16:00, animation is watching cartoons. Children go to the sea at this time. In short, children's animators can only be seen at mini-discos.
There is a mermaid show on site next to the water park. It pays $10 per person. It takes half an hour. It is interesting to watch 1 time for girls up to 10-11 years old. Everything is quite primitive. Although mermaids, of course, swim very beautifully. It costs $50 to swim with mermaids.
The restaurant - breakfast, lunch, dinner are all quite monotonous. But breakfast is generally bad and the same thing every day: omelet, omelet with tomatoes, cheeses, many identical rolls, sausages, vegetables, pancakes, French fries.
Lunch and dinner are similar - chicken and fish, incomprehensible dark meat (tasteless), potatoes, pasta, rice, fries, a lot of sweets, salads with mayonnaise for some reason, a lot of local pickles, vegetables, watermelon, melon, pears, apricots, apples.
Drinks are available at the bar.
Reception - everything was quickly solved and helped. Everyone speaks Russian practically.
Of the disadvantages, they give 1 key per room. And if you need a second one, it costs 10 bucks.
Towels on deposit give only 10 bucks / piece.
The most important trash is that 3 days before our departure, the floor of the hotel was populated by children of the Turkish basketball camp. Children from 8 to 16 years old, there were a lot of them. They filled everything: the restaurant, the beach. It feels like I went to a children's camp, and not to a hotel for a vacation for a lot of money. A third of the restaurant was blocked for them in the restaurant and they had to look for a table, wait until the mountain of dishes were removed. There is a lot of noise. The children stood in huge queues, they could not approach the food.
They are also brought to the beach and again around the camp. And that's all to the fact that they are still noisy and really interfere with rest.
Do you want to sit at dinner in a restaurant in the evening or lie on a chaise longue by the sea, but in fact it's like in the canteen at the children's camp "Luch".
Overall, we had a good rest anyway, because everything depends on your mood and positive thinking. We enjoyed the sea, the sun, and the rest. The children rolled on the slides, finally catching an intestinal infection. But it's not clear at the hotel or at the airport where we spent a lot of hours due to flight delays.
We chose the hotel according to the budget and the territory, this is a good option. But there are a lot of nuances.
