This is the second time we have been on vacation with Daily Tours! For the first time there was Egypt in 2023, only positive emotions remained! In August 2024, we went to China! Daily Tours was engaged in the selection of holidays for our request and budget, as a result, we chose a tour of 3 days of Beijing + 5 days of Zhangjiajie! As a result, after a rest, I can say that this is one of the best vacations of all time! The program is gorgeous, we had an individual transfer, a Russian-speaking guide in each city, 3 and 4 star hotels + breakfast, according to the program there were lunches in Chinese restaurants! My review of the work of daily tours . At the end of July, namely on July 28, 2023, our tour to Abkhazia with daily tours began. Initially, we thought that this was a full-fledged tour operator and we had no doubt about it. Moreover, the website and correspondence with them talked about it. The first bell is the bus itself. For some reason, someone's place cost a hundred dollars, and someone's, according to the passengers, was twice as expensive (they just ordered a move). The TV did not work, the air conditioner worked partially in the heat of 30+, the Wi-Fi did not work for a significant part of the way due to non-payment, daily tours simply did not take care of paying for the connection. And the road itself was severely uncomfortable. Inconvenient places and overnight travel are just tin, the bus of the 2000s and this, as we were told, is one of the best (route 2300km) Closer to Sochi, we paid for the hotel where we will be settled in the city of Gagra (Abkhazia ) to the representative of daily tours Elena. Upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out that the previous group had all had rotovirus and our rooms were not ready to move in. Without checks, the representative pays for the accommodation ( as it turned out from the price list of the hotel, the rooms are two times cheaper than the daily tours collected ) the difference is brought back to the daily tours office . I paid $1,080 for the room in ten days.My conclusion is that daily tours collects good money from vacationers , Finds a cheap bus , a cheap hotel , Puts a good profit in their pocket ( earning at the expense of the comfort of vacationers ) and is not responsible for anything . We ordered a vacation in the city of Gagra, Abkhazia from 30.07 to 08.08.2023. Either our group was pioneers, or we were not told about the nuances, but I had a bad rest. All because of the terrible unsanitary conditions in our guest house Gagra-Lazurnaya. Our whole group spent a day in the toilet, someone two, and someone half of the vacation. I write my review on the eighth day at 03:47 from the toilet, without falling asleep. I couldn't stand it.
You may ask, so what does a travel agency have to do with it? The thing is, the previous group had exactly the same problems before us. No one even warned us about the problems that arose, apparently they did not consider it necessary.
As soon as we arrived at the check-in, we were greeted by the previous group and told about their "toilet adventures". We have settled in, there are separate complaints about housing: but the most important thing is unsanitary conditions. If the tour representatives came here, I don't understand why they didn't notice it. Selling this guest house to people is complete nonsense.
In general, it was not a rest, but a continuous torment that I succeeded. Although there were compensating moments: nature and the mountains are steep, but hotels and locals dump sewage into the sea. Everything flows like a brown river.
I am sure that my dissatisfaction will not affect the company in any way. I am writing this review in order to warn future customers. I hope that other destinations are not like Gagra-Lazurnaya in Abkhazia.

I was vacationing with my family in Kobuletti from 04.07 to 17.07.2023. There is only one claim against the managers of the company - trust in the receiving party. Probably, if a representative of the company had been present for all 10 days of staying at the King David Hotel, probably no more tourists would have been brought there.
The hotel itself is located near the sea and this is where all its advantages end. The rooms look like a hostel of not the highest level. There can be 4 beds or 6 in the same rooms, and 3 people live there and there. The bed linen is clean, but it is absolutely synthetic. The bathroom and toilet are one 2x2m room with a drain in the floor, without curtains, a minimum rug on the floor and with so many hooks and rails that there is always a dilemma - to hang clothes or a towel, where to attach a wet swimsuit, where to put shampoo or gel. There was no talk of such luxuries as a hair dryer and a mirror at all. There are no dishes in the room - no glasses, no plates, no knife. There is a small refrigerator. There is an air conditioner, but it works in two modes - summer and winter. I personally could not change the temperature. You cannot leave the air conditioner running in your absence. As a result, they did not use it at all.
There is strictly one key per room, there is an elevator, but it also works from a chip, which, of course, is one per room. And that's for the 3rd and 4th floors. It is not recommended for children to go in the elevator by the owner, because "the elevator may break down."
A separate article is nutrition. It's not food, it's food. It is meager, looks disgusting, tastes very specific. Meat was served 2 times in 10 days - 2 meatballs without side dish for lunch and 2 thin sausages for breakfast. That's it! Kids don't eat that! Money is wasted. They cook, of course, not the cooks, but the relatives of the hostess - the sister-in-law, the niece and someone else. There is no such thing as a menu, a bookmark of products, a table setting - no, you have not heard. That's why they position it as a home kitchen. David King will tell you about Georgian hospitality and cordiality, but you will not feel it.
A dinner party upon arrival in Tbilisi is just a dinner that will be served, but for $ 25. This is not a dinner-an introduction to Georgian cuisine, no one will even tell you the names of the dishes that are served.
