Hello. I often buy flowers in this store. I was always satisfied with everything, quality, prices and staff. But today, on March 8, such a situation occurred in Pridveria. I ordered the delivery of 3 bouquets, they sent me a photo of everything beautifully. But in fact, one bouquet arrived ruined, the box in which it is packed. I got wet. I texted the store to solve this problem, and they told me to cover it with a bow. What kind of bow and where to get it. The bow that should be on the floor of the box. They didn't offer me any apologies or a way out of the situation. It's very unpleasant. And I don't know what to do now. The water has dried up, but now there is an ugly yellow spot in place that cannot be blocked with anything. Today, on March 12th, the store apologized for this situation. He gave me a lovely bouquet.

Perhaps the room itself will seem too modest, but the purchased flower arrangement will definitely fall into the heart.
I was a regular customer of this store, but the recent appeal was extremely disappointing. People don't understand what responsibility to the customer is. I do NOT recommend the store - they can let you down, just like me
