A very long service at the general practitioner!!!Professionalism is a solid three, first you approach the reception; then you stand in line at the checkout to pay (very rude cashiers) are not educated!!!And so a solid three, 2-3 normal doctors for the entire medical center.The high-speed procedure is not dripped, but poured, or they save their time, they have to adjust the dropper themselves.
Doctors are trying to direct constant queues to a bunch of unnecessary tests as soon as possible to make an appointment for the next appointment , ultrasound specialists do not correctly decode
I will not evaluate the pharmacy, for me it is an extension of the medical center. And here is the actual medical center and I would like to note. First of all, it works around the clock, it's very cool. Doctor (ENT) I came across a competent, very pleasant one (Myra Asylbekovna). We immediately got an appointment at the place, went for an X-ray, received treatment appointments and did all the procedures. The prices for services are quite tolerable, even lower than in some other medical centers. Unfortunately, there is a queue, you have to wait until one o'clock when you go to the reception, but apparently it doesn't work out any other way. The medical center itself is clean and beautiful, a pleasant atmosphere, a lot of visitors with kids. I definitely recommend it.
The clinic is of good quality. The doctors are super! But there is a wild confusion at the reception, so queues form and many people swear and get tired due to constant errors in amounts and directions.
Please fix the logistics and the reception desk.
It is impossible to stay there in the heat, there is no air conditioning. But it does not matter, it is important that not every specialist meets his qualifications
In fact, I come in once a week and almost every time there are no basic drugs available or in the amount of 1 piece! When asked why, they answer we will order.. come in🤦🏻♀️ although I constantly say that 3-4 packages of drugs are needed, they still order 1!!! 🤯
If I had been served by medical insurance, I would have rated it higher.
But for the money and not small, the service is at a low level.
I appeal to the administration to work with the staff. Increase the level of service.
