This is not the first time I have come, so the review will be more about the attitude of the staff, rather than the quality. Saturday evening, I decided to eat shawarma. I came straight to them, not by pre-order (I didn't know they had a pre-order). When I asked her not to put the cabbage in, the employee replied that they would not accept such an order because they allegedly had a "conveyor belt" and they could mess up and do it the wrong way. At the same time, they can add the ingredient without any problems. And where is the guarantee that they won't mess up with this? If you don't have time to place an order due to the workload, please respond, and don't reinvent the wheel. In this case, it's just the incompetence of the staff.
I would also like to add that I have already made such an order from them on a day off and there were no problems.

The review is for those who really understand taste and have visited not only Minsk establishments.
I ordered it the second time, everything was fine the first time (maybe the cook was different, now the guy is young for the second time).
The order was teriyaki shawarma, two pancakes and two bacon cheeseburgers.
The pancake with salmon was caught with a bone and is very salty, it's just unrealistic to eat.
Burger is one name, just a set of products, a cutlet as if from a store from the freezer, all watery and bread, it's not clear what kind of meat it tastes like, bacon is one name, you think it's toasted and crispy, but it's just store-bought bacon, just sliced and put in a burger like that, cheese The cheddar didn't even melt, as if it had been put in the burger at the end, it remained lying in a square.
Shawarma, pita bread is the simplest, the chicken in teriyaki is not fried or pickled, but just sauce, and the chicken itself looks like boiled, cabbage came across logs, and so the shawarma will go (but it's not worth your money, although the price is above average, even considering Minsk).

I ordered 3 pizzas at the institution, they said that it would be ready in 45-50 minutes, after the specified time they said that it was not ready yet and they were only kneading the dough for my order, they asked to "take a walk" for another 30-50 minutes. I was not used to waiting 1.5-2 hours for an order and therefore refused, especially since it was a day off, Sunday. I do not recommend it.
