I recently visited this club and I have something to say. To begin with, we started playing only half an hour after the start of our time. The question is why? Because we stood there for 20 minutes and waited for them to serve us, and logged into our account for the other 10 minutes. ALSO, PLEASE NOTE!!! You can not take food with you, only buy from them, where prices are really 2 times higher than in the store. Also, the attitude of the staff seemed to want to see better. Because why is the cleaning lady swearing and yelling at us when we're not involved in anything? By the way, it says in the rules that mats are prohibited, but when you enter the standard, these mats are the only ones flying there. Also, what I really didn't like was the constant mention of: "You have 30 minutes left" "You have 15 minutes left" "You have 10 minutes left" "You have 5 minutes left" "You have 3 minutes left". Because it's literally screaming in your ear.
There are also advantages. Very fast internet connection. I haven't seen such an Internet connection yet at any club, 500mb per second, how do you like it? He loads the games, thanks for that. The atmosphere is not bad. 2 stars just because of that

I've been to this club more than once. Very good. Responsive administrators. Everything is clean and very tidy. It's beautiful everywhere. A very large and spacious room. I liked. I'm glad. And the prices are good for their computer characteristics. And the latter is very quickly answered on social networks. I recently visited the Cyberx computer club and was absolutely delighted! From the moment I entered, I was greeted by friendly staff who gladly answered all questions and helped me choose a place. The atmosphere in the club is very cozy, which allows you to comfortably spend time playing games or studying.
We were especially pleased with the affordable prices — here you can enjoy excellent service at no extra cost. Computers are equipped with good components, which ensures high performance and excellent image quality.

I was at the club for the first time, I really liked the atmosphere, the administrator Ekaterina turned out to be a very smiling and responsive girl, helped with account registration and explained the service rates in clear language, told me about the availability of board games and goodies with drinks that can be purchased, and then helped me with the computer, which I do not understand so well. I was happy to buy food and drink (frenchdogs are delicious here!!), and I was also able to play with pleasure and received positive emotions, thank you, I will definitely come back here again!!!!)))

It's a terrible place only because of the working staff, and the fact that there is always no change, not to mention the fact that there are rooms with broken TVs (they turn off for a second during the game and so on every 10-15 minutes)
There is no online booking, but I remember I wanted to book via telegram and they told me that there were no places, as a result, I went there with a friend an hour later that day and there were a lot of places, the staff was terrific…

There is no desire to visit this institution anymore, we have booked a VIP room, headphones leave much to be desired (the sound in them resembles the speaker of a drowned phone), the air conditioner works great (at a temperature of 17 degrees, it was stuffier than in a bath)
But these are all small things, the most juice is a dark-haired girl administrator, who at least needs to learn how to communicate and somehow win people over.
After the Internet went down (at about 00:00), there were no notifications from the administrator about the producer, the question "what's with the Internet?" was answered in the form of an extremely dissatisfied face and tone, as if I had done something bad in her life!
Further, instead of somehow resolving this situation with the return of funds for the inconvenience, the answer was "I don't have the Internet, I won't do anything", when asked to contact the main one, the answer was "I'm the main one here, I won't do anything"

A terrible trip, spoiled by an extremely strange administrator in the form of a dark-haired girl who tries to express her dissatisfaction with where she is and with whom she has to communicate. After the hike, the impression remained that the administrator, at least, works for competitors, because there is absolutely zero desire to visit this institution after tonight. At 00.00, the Internet went on, there was no backup provider in the club, apparently this is unnecessary, which is extremely strange for a computer club in 2024. The administrator informed (after half an hour of misunderstanding of what was happening) that the provider was carrying out technical work and there would be no Internet until 6 a.m. Regarding the refund for the remaining time, a comment was given "I can't do anything", for any claims and attempts to resolve the issue in a civilized way, the admin almost breaks down into a scream. A very strange couple, to put it mildly. The blond guy is trying to do the maximum that depends on him, and the girl is doing everything so that they don't come there anymore. And it turned out, they won't come anymore. In terms of attitude to the client, there are excellent alternatives in Gomel, and this is much more pleasant than looking at pathetic attempts to assert oneself from a person who also receives money for it. You need to learn politeness and calmness, connect a second backup Internet, and send some characters to assert themselves in front of a mirror in another place, and everyone has technical problems, everyone understands perfectly well, and people's dissatisfaction is caused solely by the administrator's attitude towards them.

We managed to visit all CyberX points in Belarus. This one is inferior to everyone so far.
The ladies at the reception are very languid, tired, their attention is more focused on acquaintances.
If you have stomach problems, you definitely won't drink natural mineral water, there is no water here, but you can't take it with you. At the same time, initially the water was on the table, they asked us to hide it, we put it next to our feet. As a result, we were approached more than once and demanded to put it in a storage box. I do not dispute that it is much more profitable to promote products from the bar with a mark-up of x3, but then expand your range.
The reception lists the games that are installed on each computer, as a result, almost all are not updated. I had to spend some of my precious time on the installation. You can't play it right away.
The bar sucks, the "bartender" makes cocktails on video and mixes alcohol not according to the recipe. The request to replace the Mega alcoholic aperitif was refused.
I do not recommend this institution.

It claims to be a good place, but the dump is, in fact, the WORST of all Cyberix, and indeed, it feels like the worst computer club I've ever been to.
Firstly, there are no guest accounts, this is generally trash, secondly, computers and the Internet are not set up normally, some software may stupidly not start, of the five computers that were taken, one did not even DOWNLOAD a pubg, the base game, it would seem, headphones did not work on one, micro on the other, package losses of under 20%, thirdly, the service, come up and ask to remove the jacket hanging on the chair, what are you doing there? And where to put it? On the floor? Maybe then you can at least turn on the air conditioner so that there is something to breathe. Further along the service, I left the jacket in the wardrobe, on a hanger, on my return, IT WAS TAKEN OFF the HANGER and it was just LYING on the shelf, what was done with it at all is questionable. There is no online booking, no payment, everything is through people behind the counter, the 21st century, by the way, in general, everything is bad :)

Well, to begin with, the first impression was false.
I play cs tournaments and a very important fact is the presence of a good computer, unfortunately it so happened that my writhe failed and I chose a new arena and indeed for the first time everything was good.
But when I came to the next match, I came at about 20:47 , as a result, I left asking to close the session at 21:45, the game, by the way, was at 22:00
As a result , I had to fly home like a fast and furious , load my writhe on a half-burned video card and play the tournament at 60 fps , thank you guys .
And what about the money, by the way? 3 hours were paid, 1.5 of them the admins could not make a computer for me)
