We stayed at the hotel out of season and it was a perfect vacation. The hotel is relatively new. Femeli's room is spacious, clean, and well-stocked with a minibar. Great bathrobes and slippers. Comfortable mattresses and a very large selection of pillows, snow-white linen. The view from the window is something - the golf courses and the sea are in perfect condition. That's very beautiful. The main restaurant with excellent service, waiters fly) only one evening we probably unsuccessfully chose a table served by a sleepy waiter. Well, no one ruled out the human factor) breakfasts, lunches, dinners - everything is very tasty and fresh. There is a restaurant 24/7. Order from the menu. It's not bad either. Bars are a credit. Alcohol is original and there is something to choose for any preference. The territory is gorgeous, there is a place to walk. 2 heated (and very well heated) and a heated water park, which was turned on for 2 hours in the afternoon. A very nice SPA with a huge hammam, 2 saunas and a steam bath. Mini pool with ice water. There is a large swimming pool inside. The service is a good story in its own right, the assistants answer immediately and solve all issues very, very quickly.

A new, stylish hotel!!! The interior is very beautiful, everything is on top. The staff works great. Assistants, waiters in bars and restaurants, waiters on the beach - all 5+. The food is not bad , it could be better , in my opinion . I was a little struck by the very poor menu in restaurants for lunch (Italian, Greek, Turkish). The choice of dishes is limited. The restaurants a la kart are wonderful!!
The beach is small, the deck chairs are good. There is an area with beach pavilions - super!
Alcohol (for whom it is important) is on the level, very tasty cocktails.
Will I return to this hotel, I think so!!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days in February. Overall, I liked everything: the food was very tasty and varied, although the meat was not always soft. The breakfasts are excellent. The staff did a great job, both in restaurants and in cafes on the beach. The female assistants reacted quickly to everything and quickly fulfilled requests (in comparison, in the Titanic in Bodrum, it took from 2 hours to complete the same simple requests) - It's not more than 15 minutes. The room itself had access to a warm pool, and that's why we went to this hotel. In general, it's fine - but! There are only double beds in this room (and my mom and I were on vacation), but we got a sofa, which turned out to be another double bed. The rooms are large, the shower is good. But already tired.. you can see it in the corners (the tile flew off somewhere), putty is visible. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable, the bed linen is not 5*. The pool is great and warm. There are fresh fruits, waffles and ice cream on the beach. It's a good hotel, but Phaselis is not up to the Max Royal. Although if they have the same service and the same food in season, then this is a big plus. Special thanks to the girls, assistants Anna and Aigerim! You've done well.

The hotel is new! Beautiful! Expensive-rich) very beautiful golf courses. Great rooms with all the niceties.
Vacationing in August , a family , three children, 5,8.10 years old. Usually, our choice is a voyage. This year we decided to try something new. I am writing only my opinion)
The staff is not very friendly at all. (Again, we are comparing) . There are great guys, they are very friendly in the Irish pub. There are none. Sullen. It feels like we're in their way. The guy who distributes sandwiches at breakfast is not happy at all))
Waiters-that's always not the first time they delivered orders.
A Turkish restaurant is definitely better. But the Greek is gorgeous.
I was confused that there are not even refrigerators near the water in the adult pool. We personally have not found a Cuar Cola, how to call the waiters. Of course, he goes there-but it's inconvenient to catch every time.
Dirty-that's what needs to be fixed. Upon check-in, we waited in the lounge area (until the room was ready) . The toilets were very, very dirty. There is an unpleasant smell in the locker room. The idea is gorgeous, it needs to be improved a little bit.
Laudatory white sand on the beach ) not everywhere. Not completely. Don't be under any illusions. The beach is not the most convenient. But tolerable)
The kids' club is really bad. The child didn't stay. I'll explain. When we came in: I saw that all the children were somehow at the entrance, there was garbage somewhere, somewhere a dad in wet swimming trunks was standing (it seems to me that this is generally unacceptable, wet clothes) the button is too low - the child will definitely get it. It's kind of disorganized.
The coffee shop is amazing.
Honestly, we left after a couple of days. If we had nothing to compare it with, perhaps there would be a different impression. This hotel just needs to adjust some minor flaws.

We had a rest with my daughter in the New Year already in 2025 at the CULLINAN hotel in Belek. The rest was wonderful. Beautiful nature, sea air, wonderful weather, helpful staff! Throughout the rest, we were helped by assistants Ksenia and Katerina, who were in touch around the clock, helped with everything! We are very grateful to them for this. I liked absolutely everything! There was not a single irritating factor! WE WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK FOR A REST and recommend everyone to visit this hotel!

Great hotel , food, service! The water park is cool, the kids' club is very interesting, with pavilions for master classes! It was out of season (end of April), the pools warmed up well, the beach was still being prepared for the season! The spa is simply excellent! Included in the price is a hammam, a huge swimming pool, sauna, ice fonts! It's possible with children, they also make awesome detox cocktails there! Great hotel! We have come for the second time on vacation! The room is two-storey with access to the pool! Everything is at the highest level: management, cuisine, animation, sports! The children's club is open from 10 am to 2 am, its own restaurant with a children's menu, fruits, vegetables, juices, water, and sweets, of course :)). Adults have their own varied program in the evening. From a small minus, only the carpenter's room, which did not work for technical reasons (last year the children did not climb out of it). The food and alcohol are at the highest level! They meet with a Moet, there were oysters on Saturday! And what else is needed in fine weather!!! We got to the Lobby. It was fun.

Minuses :
- a streamlet stinking of shit merged into the sea next to the pier. It was repaired a week later, very strangely.
- the personal assistant service is a complete horror. I don't understand why they are being kept, the biggest disappointment about the hotel. It would be better if they didn 't exist .
- Bartenders are absent from the hotel as a class. Lemon juice is the head of everything, they do not know elementary cocktails, I personally saw how cheaper whiskey was poured into bottles with expensive ones. And by the way, they have a kind of cocktail tip - I don't know what kind of fool made it up, but there are definitely elementary mistakes there.
- the cleaning and changing service of the minibar is weak. Not everything is cleaned, the bar is not replenished, the fruit basket has been covered with mold for a week, but no one has cleaned it.
- the problem with the punishments (baths) is that you can't call a horseradish at night, you have to run around looking for it, the waiters can't help, and they don't know the administrator.
You also have to wait a long time during the day.

The hotel's territory is compact, thoughtful, and there are many pools, both active and more secluded. The beach is wonderful! The service on the beach is super, always with a smile, sometimes you had to wait longer than usual, but mostly the order was brought quickly. Drinks and fruits with ice can be ordered. They also bring chilled towels.
The room was of the Family category, the view was the worst that the hotel has-to the parking lot. Upon check-in, we were asked to change the room, but since the hotel was 100% full, the possibility of replacing the room appeared only on the 4th day of our stay, but we were too lazy to pack / disassemble things, and we stayed in our room. Keep in mind that the Family rooms are not all view rooms, there may be a slightly better view, but not a direct sea view.
The food is varied, but personally for my taste, a lot of spicy, I would like more European cuisine. No matter which hotel we go to, children always eat fries and pasta, but there is also the right food for children here, but it is too right (boiled meat, stewed vegetables), my children do not want this when they see fries, nuggets, pizza. In short, there is everything your heart desires!
A la carte restaurants. We attended Greek and Japanese. There was a show in both of them, I especially liked the show in the Japanese restaurant, the cook cooked in front of our eyes, was very cheerful, constantly joking, which lifted the mood of all the guests.
Mini club. The child didn't want to leave. There is nothing more to say)) The water park is huge and very cool.
The evening program deserves special attention! The show is a delight! It was so beautiful and professional, we really really liked it, we didn't miss a single one.
Thanks to assistants Karina and Elizabeth! They solved all the issues that arose (we needed a doctor and medicines, everything was organized without problems).

The hotel really has a very high level of service! We had a vacation with our family in January 2024. The weather was sunny and warm. the family rooms are huge. Panoramic windows , we had a view of the sunrise!! The hotel itself is fresh, new, and the staff is friendly. A wonderful kids club with great animators. The kitchen is on top! A bar, a coffee shop with desserts is a blast! The evening animation is mainly represented by karaoke and concerts by local Turkish stars) But these children and I were not interested. Super spa area and pools. Warm outdoor and indoor pools . During the day, the water park was heated for several hours. A wonderful area to relax on the lawn by the beach! The waiters are attentive and nimble ) on roller skates ) We will definitely come back again!!

Delight! A cannon bomb! One of the best hotels. I want to come back to this one again and again. Food and drinks are just the tip. The cocktails are great! The staff is wonderful. The territory is not large, the beach is dense. The kids' club seems to be interesting, but it's a little cramped and the staff doesn't really keep track of the children, although there are a lot of cool and interesting master classes. The territory and all amenities are at a height. The service is off the charts. We bought a regular room, but upon check-in we made a gift and placed it in a huge family room. In the evening there are very spectacular and cool programs with a DJ and dancers. The style of the hotel is more party-oriented, but we also had a great time with the children. Several restaurants on the menu. In general, there are no words, only emotions! We will definitely go again!

We are currently staying at this hotel, or rather we are occupying a villa on its territory. The service is excellent. Cleanliness, beauty, consideration and fulfillment of all wishes. One of the best hotels in our travel practice. The two-storey room was second only to the Burj al Arab (Sail"") room in Dubai.
Well, in terms of quality and variety of food, Dubai has surpassed the pearl by dozens of times! We have not seen such an abundance of gastronomic delights anywhere, in any hotel in the world that we have visited.
The hotel is rather big, but not to say that it is huge, with a large territory, so there were no crowds of vacationers anywhere, neither in restaurants nor on the beach.
There is a lot of entertainment for children, but as a result, the first disadvantage is a lot of small children, sometimes they had to endure screams and screams. The second disadvantage is the rather poor nature. Well, in general, everything is fine, the score is five plus!
