Positive:
- friendly staff, whose attitude towards you does not depend on whether you gave them a dollar or not. Cubans are wonderful people (there are, of course, exceptions, but there are few of them);
- first beach line, clean hotel beach, nice beach bar;
- nice lobby bar and cigar bar (bartender Jose is a professional).
Cons:
- food (I won't even comment, there are no words);
- animation;
- sluggish waiters in the main restaurant, I want to give a penny to speed up;
Russian Russian is not a part of the word "not at all", although 40-50% of tourists are Russian.
One of the advantages that does not apply to the hotel is the ocean. It is impossible to put into words his beauty and greatness. Also, a pelican is playing beggar on the beach, the Russians named him Gosha, which the locals were very surprised by)) He pretends that he cannot fly and begs for fish from tourists. In fact, Gosha flies and swims very well. But it has become a local attribute on the beach and it's even boring without it.
Conclusion: in no case should you go to this hotel with small children (there simply won't be anything to feed them there). You need to go with the understanding that the food is bad, but the alcohol is good, the attitude of the Cubans and the magnificent ocean.
It's a good hotel for relaxation, but the food is the same every day, and sometimes there's not enough food for everyone, you have to queue for meat.
On the positive side, I would like to mention the bartenders and maids
There is also a great clean beach and funny animators!
