I would like to thank the company of specialists of the @CRISTALLAB studio network for their competent, prompt and professional teamwork. I've been deciding on eyebrow pm for a couple of years, and lip pm needed to be updated for a long time, I watched the work of the masters on Instagram, I liked the work of the @CRISTALLAB studio network. And suddenly, on the eve of mother's Day, I saw a 50% discount on the PM of any zone. I don't know how, I decided so quickly to pm two zones (pm eyebrows and pm lip renewal).. I was consulted and recorded the next day in the studio at 16 Kalvariyskaya Street (the most convenient studio for me in terms of location). If the recording hadn't been so fast, maybe I would have changed my mind. Before the meeting with the master, I had 1000 questions from excitement (color, shape, etc. for each pm zone). But as soon as master Alina looked at me with her professional gaze, asked me what I wanted, and I couldn't exactly describe what I wanted, only some moments and mostly, I said what I didn't want, Alina also, in one sentence, described how it would look, shape, color, etc. All my 1000 questions just disappeared and I entrusted my face to a specialist. I really liked how beautifully Alina drew the sketches of eyebrows and lips, nothing had to be corrected and redrawn. The very process of applying pm was pain-free. In the hands of a professional, I felt comfortable. After pm, Alina told me about taking care of pm, made an appointment for correction, told me about promotions, a discount and signed me up for the pm draw. I was very pleased with the work of the master, I am waiting for the healing of the pm and a new meeting with the master for correction.

I did eyebrow permanent makeup in a mixed technique. After two months, the eyebrows began to fade, and bald spots appeared. The hairs from the beginning of the eyebrows disappeared, the tips discolored. In response to my requests for correction of substandard work, they offer to upgrade for the full cost. They are pulling money for endless corrections- additional corrections and suggestions to delete, and then do it again. It's uncivilized and dishonorable.

The girl called back, did not introduce herself, did not name the salon, she only said: "hello, did you call us?". Yes, I have to remember whose unfamiliar number I called. To the question "is it possible to sign up?" I received an indistinct response, where it was clear only "call me back in an hour." The next time, no one picked up the phone again. And he didn't call back. Disgusting customer orientation! I left a comment on the Instagram page, but it was deleted so as not to spoil the statistics.

I don't know how they make a permanent, but the fact that they don't know how to convey information reliably to Clint is for sure. We communicated via SMS and voice messages on Instagram, sent a photo of an arrow with a shading that I would like to do ... they convinced me that they have cool masters and will be able to do everything ... I signed up for 03/26.24. I arrived, these would-be masters saw that I came, offered to sit down and wait. And they scurried past me for another 15 minutes (well, that's okay, I came before my time), and then they told me: "we won't be able to make an arrow for you with an overhanging eyelid, paint it better with decorative cosmetics" to say that I would be shocked? It's nothing to say, I was speechless... it turns out that I came so that the "super cool" like masters would tell me that they couldn't do anything for me..why would you say that you have super masters who can do anything????maybe you should have found out everything about the client first,??? Moreover, no one told me that I would go to a consultation, they promised me that they would do what I want.I DO NOT ADVISE YOU TO GO THERE, THE STAFF DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS. And the most interesting thing. They deleted all our Instagram correspondence... you don't deserve even the smallest star..wait for another promotional video in tiktok about your "masters" soon😉

The staff in the studio is very polite, friendly, helpful, pleasant atmosphere and the masters are just a miracle. Master Louise made sponges for me and I have never regretted that she was recommended to me when recording. She picked the perfect color, exactly what I wanted.
