We bought a certificate as a gift for eyebrow hair technique. During the visit, the master realized that doing a hair technique on porous and oily skin would not work. We did the usual technique and drew a couple of hairs in one place. And they took the certificate as for the complete work done in the hair technique.
When discussing with the administrator on instagram, we came to an agreement that the correction would be included in the cost of the certificate because 90% of the eyebrows were performed using conventional techniques. But here's a surprise when we came to the correction and had to pay another 100 rubles for the correction. After a long correspondence, the administrator insists that if even one hair is drawn, then this is already a difficult job and it is paid accordingly.
That's customer orientation.
As a result, spoiled impressions, a lot of clarification of circumstances, countless correspondence and no sense.
And we didn't insist that we wouldn't pay or anything like that. And it was necessary to review the payment for the work done. After all, if you come for a haircut, you want to get a full haircut, not cut the ends of your hair and bangs, and get paid for a model haircut.
