We were visiting friends. Large territory. Round-the-clock security. There are plenty of places to relax (swimming pool, barbecue, fitness, playground, plenty of parking space). Probably the largest complex in the city. According to the housing stock, everything was on the same level as ours, repairs were 2-3 years old. But there are apartments with 10-year-old furniture, of course, it's sad. If you do not take into account that it was built a long time ago and do not look for disadvantages, the complex is excellent.
We visited friends, an excellent complex - well-groomed territory, a large swimming pool, a wonderful spa center (hammam!). The beach is not very close, but there is a shuttle in the morning and evening. Nearby there is a shopping center, a farmer's market.
