There are several mini markets on the territory, where there are all the basic necessities from cigarettes and vodka to vegetables, fruits and household chemicals. There are many pools with good filtration, there is a cafe, a barbecue place, ping pong tables, aerobic exercise equipment.
The complex is located on both sides of the Elenite-St. Vlas. There is a public transport stop. Buses and minibuses go to Sunny Beach and Nessebar. Walk to St. Vlasa is quite realistic, it will take about 15-20 minutes.
When renting a car, it is possible to drive in and park on the territory.
In my opinion, there is only one drawback - the steep coastline of the complex. Therefore, you have to go down stairs to the beaches, although the seabed itself is quite flat, clean, sandy.
Housing prices vary depending on the distance from the first line and the number of rooms. Many owners are present on popular rental websites. It is not difficult to rent an apartment with a kitchenette, a washing machine and air conditioning. The place is ideal for a quiet family holiday with young children, because there is an opportunity to cook for the kids themselves.
A good quiet place for a family holiday, if possible, it is better to take rooms on the first line, because the second line is on the mountain and it is exhausting to walk back in the heat.
