We stayed in the apartments in August 2024. Bus to the beach 5 times a day. Swimming pool, nice green area. There is a shop on site, a cafe with karaoke and an entertainment program on Saturdays. The market on Tuesdays is 10 minutes away from the complex. The slides and hammam always worked.
On the downside: bowling wasn't working, but it wasn't critical.

Near the market, grocery stores. 10 minutes walk to the sea. Very convenient location. The complex itself is equipped with everything - swimming pools, sauna, hammam, billiards, tennis room. The territory is large.

A clean, cozy small complex in Avsallar! Beautiful, well-groomed, green area.There is everything for a comfortable stay. Swimming pool with slides, bar, restaurant, sauna, hammam, children's room, cinema, shop. In general, I advise you.

A beautiful complex. There is everything for relaxation. Outdoor pool with slides, indoor. Hammam, shop, gym, children's playground. There is a cafe on site, a disco on Saturdays.

It's a long way from the sea. There is a transfer service. You can rent a locker. The food is delicious in the cafe. The territory is beautiful, the pool is large, hammam, sauna, sports and games are all in place)

We rested in Crown City for 3 weeks in the summer of 2024. We REALLY liked it!!! The staff is polite, the territory is well maintained, the slides in the pool work every day (we swam several times in the neighboring apartment complex, the slides were always closed there). The sea is 800 m away; there is a shuttle service every 2 hours. We can rent a scooter and drive ourselves. They also rented a scooter to the market and brought food. Very convenient!
Even the energy of this place was very pleasant to us! Everything here is harmonious and pleasant! Thank you very much!!!!!👍

Nice complex, green area. But, frankly, I'm already tired. It's time to update. The tiles are falling off in the pool. The hammam often smelled of some kind of urine.. elevators often break down.
