Внесла деньги на счет, подхожу к оператору, и оказывается Swift на брокерский они не делают! И деньги, которые только что внесла отдают только с комиссией. В итоге я потеряла 40$ на ровном месте, просто потому что меня обманули.

It's not true and it's not necessary.
