This is a very good bank for expats. Yes, there is a fairly long queue, but at the same time there is always a good and friendly attitude towards customers, very polite staff, thank them very much for this. The virtual card starts working almost immediately. It's a clear and fast application, and it turned out to be more convenient for me to navigate in the English version than in the Russian one. The virtual card was launched in less than 15 minutes. A very clear and good bank.

Very friendly staff, explained about the card rate. I arrived on Tuesday, and the physical card was ready on Friday. Before receiving the physical card, we issued a digital one and added it to Google Pay. The staff is Russian-speaking.

I came on Saturday and applied for a card. Initially, a very friendly employee greets you and explains the introductory information. I filled out a preliminary application. There was almost no queue, just a couple of people and I was invited. We promptly issued and told them. I already received a text message about readiness on Wednesday and took the card on Thursday.
And everyone speaks Russian.
