+ good location, close to the city, beautiful nature, near the river, landscaping.
- dirt in the bathhouse, houses. The toilet running from below, the smell of sewage in the house. Hot water is just enough to lather your head. Of the 7 days, the batteries were hot for 2 days. The shower and toilet do not work in the bath, there is only water in the tap, a font with water with scraps, perhaps the water is changed only once a week, and not before each order. In a large gazebo, the toilet tank does not work, but they give a bucket to flush after themselves. The toilets have not been cleaned since installation in any of the 3 houses, neither in the bathhouse nor in the gazebo. At 23 o'clock, the lights on the territory are turned off and silence must be observed.

An excellent, atmospheric hotel, I visit very often,for work,the owner's name is Mikhail,a very smart and versatile person, you can talk about anything, I often take a house, a country-style interior with elements of authentic furniture.
In general, I like everything .....,my style!

I almost forgot, there is a sauna on the site that can be ordered, nothing needs to be done, I ordered, waited and steamed .....and a lot of barbecues, they are free for residents!!!
