My training in the "image stylist" course with Rimma's teacher is already coming to an end. I am very glad that I met such a wonderful person. A very dubious organization. I bought a massage course before the new year, made an advance payment, and then silence. No one contacted me for several weeks, I was already starting to worry, I called the manager, she redirected me to the supervisor, they contacted me a couple of days later. The girl explained that there would be no training this month, saying there was no teacher, no one wanted to work for such a low price. It's been going on for 2 months, and I'm tired of it. I demanded a refund. I called the supervisor, to which she replied that she no longer worked here, that the factory had not fulfilled its obligations to her to transfer the salary they had discussed at the time of the interview. As a result, I wrote a statement and the money was returned to me. What's the outcome? You don't need to take an advance payment and recruit a group if you don't have anything, you don't have any work in the regions, and you also need to take an advance payment for it.

I can't say anything good about this school. Maybe they teach something else in Minsk, but not in Vitebsk, not at all. I live in Vitebsk, I contacted Alina's manager, she explained that there is a branch of the Academy of Beauty school in Vitebsk, which is located at 16 Kommunisticheskaya Street. In order to enroll in the "make-up for yourself" master class, I need to pay 119 rubles. After the payment, I was "recorded" and sent an offer agreement. No one contacted me for two weeks, when I called myself, they told me they would call me back now. Manager Victoria called and explained that the band had not yet been recruited, it was necessary to wait a week. I was upset, of course, but I decided to wait. A week later, Victoria called back and said that there was no teacher) and she did not know when she would be able to find him. So I waited for two more weeks. Apparently, it wouldn't do any good. I asked for the supervisor's phone number to resolve the issue of a refund. To which Victoria told me that I could take some other courses, or go to Minsk, that no one would return the money to me, that there had never been any refunds, and that I should not waste my time....After such a dialogue, I called the Minsk office, they promised me that the head would contact me and we would solve everything. Unfortunately, no one called me, I waited a week)
Such an unpleasant aftertaste remained, despite the fact that the money was returned to me after my application. Why was it necessary to arrange this circus?! If there is no work in the region, why take money and cheat? If someone is in a similar situation, I advise you to write an application addressed to the head for a refund, referring to the "Consumer Rights Act". There's no other way....
