Hello! I want to share my impressions about this clinic and about the doctors as well. I signed up at this clinic for an Air flow cleaning, during which I asked the therapist Madina to do an examination of all the teeth and make a treatment plan, if necessary. Previously, I asked to calculate the cost of treatment, all in total. OK, everything was calculated, and treatment began. From the very first days of treatment, the cost began to change. Firstly, they did not provide a 20% discount on the following procedure, stated in the correspondence on Instagram. Secondly, they started adding 20,000 to the bill for anesthesia. ( little things, but for some reason, this was not taken into account ) Thirdly, the treatment plan was not drawn up correctly, it was not necessary to replace some fillings and treat non-existent caries. During the treatment by Dr. Aziz, it was proposed to put 10 crowns on the front, frontal teeth. As well,
He asked me to calculate the cost of treatment. During the installation of temporary crowns, the amount increased by more than 1,000,000. Casts were not taken correctly, temporary crowns were not made correctly, and as a result, malocclusion and inability to eat normally. In response to my complaints, Aziz asked me to be patient for a week. Suspecting something was wrong, it was decided to go to another clinic and to another doctor. During which it was revealed that there are no caries on many teeth and this pigmentation and treatment is not required. With teeth turning and temporary crowns, it's also a problem. I had to fix everything in another clinic. What conclusion did I draw, before starting treatment, it is worth visiting 2-3 clinics and comparing treatment plans. You should draw conclusions whether to visit this clinic or not! Good health to all!
P.S Terribly slow doctors, prices are above average, can cancel your appointment on arrival or take 30 minutes later than the appointment. 🤷♂️
