I arrived a little in advance, without delay.
At 4:12 p.m., without going to the doctor, I went to ask the receptionist if there would be an appointment today. The answer is "The doctor is delayed, wait." To my question "could I have been warned about this?", I received the answer that she did not know that there would be a delay (we remember this moment). After about 5 minutes, she offered water/tea. And thanks for that.
I got into the office only at 16:31. The doctor said that the delay was due to the fact that the client was late before me (did the administrator not know that the client was late?).
The doctor talked about the procedure, showed what can be done (and even more than the original request was), what will be the result. But there was no question of any procedure, because a delay of half an hour meant that I would be late for the next appointment (And I would like to have an allergy test, and accordingly then the procedure).
I do not plan to return and do the procedures.
The overall impression is ruined.
