How I cried in this salon of yours, how my hair was ruined and the holiday was, it was an anniversary, I wanted to make a blonde update, and my master was a fat, low young girl toned in the color of the roots, I dried my hair myself, I cry, and the administrator didn't even try to fix anything, someone is the director there or who or senior the administrator stood and hid in the office, took the full amount of three hundred and something rubles, did not even apologize, although it was an obvious mistake to make a dark blond dirty color out of a blonde, in short, the holiday is ruined, the photo shoot is ruined, I cry even now remembering you, who cares about hair and who wants to be stylish will never choose your shameful salon. I always block ads in tiktok, even your name is disgusting.
It is a very pleasant-looking institution, BUT there is no banal service from the staff, in addition you get a characteristic sediment after communicating with arrogant and omniscient specialists, but unfortunately not in your business... You still work in the service sector...
Expectations from going to the salon did not come true, they cut a square haircut, as if they just trimmed the tips, the hair does not lie and does not keep its shape.
Perhaps they do high-quality coloring here, but I will not come for a haircut again, and not because they did it badly, but because there are places where they will do it more professionally for the same money.

On Friday, 07/08/2022, I arranged a meeting (model) with the head of the salons. They took the phone number, said they were waiting. I am writing on Thursday and asking if everything is in force? A couple of hours have passed, I see they read it and did not respond. I am also writing silence... and this is after 11 pm.
As a conscientious and responsible person, I went to the appointed time, and I had to free up half a day for this meeting! I came and kissed the salon doors! Then, as a result, the administrator came out and asked in surprise: Has anyone called you? She said that the meeting here was canceled and moved somewhere else. At the same time, she said that another girl came who took a day off specifically for this, but she was also framed like me.
So, these people didn't even bother to call in advance and warn about the cancellation of the meeting! They don't care that you waste your time, they don't know what human communication is! They just act like pigs. Do you want to spend your time going nowhere? Contact this salon and they will help you. I also wrote on Friday 07/08/2022, but no one answered, did not bother to apologize for this situation. What does this mean? What is the level of relationship to the client? So think about whether you want the same attitude.
The owner of all this mayhem is @thanks_mash and she also positions herself as a mentor! But think about what a person can teach who couldn't even answer and apologize on the same day! I'm already silent about the cancellation warning. No human communication and respect!

After 5 days, @thanks_mash figured out what to say to me. Having sent a big message in which there was blah blah about how they apologize, allegedly she does not see all the messages and offers as a gift a certificate for the service for this misunderstanding. I think that no sane person after such a situation would even want to look towards this salon. Her offer was expected and naturally I refused, it was not enough that they burned my hair on purpose or something else.
And the person through whom I came to this salon told me that my negative feedback would not affect anything and would not spoil their reputation. I am happy for them, but my situation happened and I have to leave a review about it, because my time was spent, which is very expensive now! People in business don't behave like that! This is a negligent and piggish attitude.
