Unfortunately, the first acquaintance with the salon began on the wrong note. I watched the salon for a long time on the social media page, watched the works of the masters, and finally decided to sign up.
I signed up for a complex haircut + complex sprinkling. The day before, the administrators confirmed the recording, and who would have thought that in the end they would not be able to hold the complex for me.
The master first began to clarify about the fact that it turns out that the record for complex coloring should be through consultation and pre-order of the necessary paint, about which I have never actually met information anywhere. And at the end of everything, it also turned out that the master does not do haircuts, which turned out to be as strange as possible for me.
How is it possible to register for a HAIRCUT and coloring to a master who does not do a haircut? The question is actually to the site through which the recording was made, and to the administrator who confirmed it.
Well, actually the same question applies to complex stains. After all, a salon of this class should have everything you need.
It is not so easy to schedule so much time to come to the end and hear that there is nothing we can do for you today.
Well, I would also like to note that in the end I asked to do a monochrome coloring, but the master did not even offer to make a complex with care, it's good that I went to the site myself and checked that there was one, and asked to do it.
I would like you to record something taking into account the skills of your masters, and in this case, do not record for complex coloring without prior consultation or clarification
The coloring itself was not bad, the atmosphere is pleasant.

I was in the salon twice with Daria's master: cutting the tips, toning and hair care. A very polite and pleasant master, answered all questions, advised home care. I visited the salon for the first time on 19.05. The administrator is a nice girl, met her, offered tea / coffee. I came to take care and in the process I also decided to check with the master if it was possible to get a haircut. His hair was dirty. I don't know if I'm thinking correctly, but it seems to me that in order to apply a care product, the hair must be thoroughly rinsed. The master applied shampoo to me 1 time and I will not say that I washed my hair well (there is something to compare it with).
According to the haircut, I asked to remove 1-2 cm in shape, perhaps raise it a little from behind so that the shape was more magnificent. The master took off more in length, but according to her, I had a strong angle, and she likes the square to be higher. But I'm not worried about the length, it will grow back, but my angle for elongation definitely suited me more.
And here's the calculation! 115 grooming + 85 haircut. I regret that I did not immediately clarify the issue of the cost of a haircut on the spot. The cost range of haircuts is 65-85 rubles. Then I wrote to Direct to clarify why the master counted the maximum for my haircut. The administrator could not answer and checked with the master. It turns out that the cost of a haircut depends not only on the length of the hair, but also on the complexity of the haircut. As it turned out, a square is considered a difficult haircut. I don't have the thickest hair, I just needed to update my shape!
The master Irina himself is a very pleasant, endearing girl.
Next time, I will just need to clarify the cost immediately before the procedure!

There was a nuance in the cost - I signed up for a certain procedure, but in the end, after discussing with the master, we chose another one, but did not warn about the cost, which increased almost 2.5 times. Maybe it's my fault that I didn't ask, but I would like to hear the cost immediately, especially when it changes significantly in the process.

I can't recommend this salon. I decided to update my haircut and coloring. I chose a promotional haircut + toning package, and saw this salon in an advertisement. But I was unhappy with the result, the color turned out to be much darker, the haircut was weak, the bangs were made 2 times shorter than agreed (not a turn of speech, really 2 times shorter) The girl responded to this remark by saying, well, it's straight and it's going to be that long. First of all, no it won't. Secondly, why would I need it straight, if it was about styling, they don't wear straight bangs like that. But everyone doesn't care anymore, you can't bring back the cut-off hair))). I think it's very expensive (295p) for such a poor result. It's a very strange pricing for such a mediocre salon. After all, there is no uniqueness or over-professionalism. And there is something to compare it with. In general, 2 stars only for the receptionist's girlfriend :)
When choosing, it's better to contact other establishments.

Will I come to this salon again or recommend it to someone? No and no. Having specially grown the length and come with several photos, including my own, in order to specifically show what kind of hairstyle I want, they completely ruined my appearance, emphasizing all the flaws. I give one star for immediately agreeing to "fix" the work of one master, replacing it with another the next day. Although the result still came out completely wrong, and almost the entire length had to be removed.Perhaps everything would not be so sad and critical if it were not for an important event in the near future. Complete disappointment and unprofessionalism. And what makes you even more angry is the price tag is above the average in the city! They charge the maximum cost for a haircut , but they don't know how to cut it. If you need a beautiful square of medium length, then you DEFINITELY are not here.

I decided to do a complex coloring and models were needed in the salon (I will not name the name of the master who did the coloring). Unfortunately, the coloring was not successful, which disappointed me very much and left a negative impression of the salon.
Alexandra worked in the same salon (now she works on Dzerzhinsky Ave.), whom I turned to on a recommendation to restore my hair. And now for the last 9 months. Alexandra is engaged in restoring my hair and I want to say that this is the best master I have ever met. From the very first minutes, the master began to offer me to make keratin, which needs 3-5 procedures, I said that for now I plan to try the minimum care that I came to. When I was washing my hair, she asked if I wanted to change my hair color, suggested toning. I had to refuse again and say that maybe next time, thanks for the offer. When I was drying my head, "let me show you our magic oil, the hair shines wonderfully, it nourishes the ends, only in Belarus it is sold, 60 rubles." When she even got up to pay, she says, "even from here you can see how your hair shines!".
It's very embarrassing when you don't stop being sniffed at procedures and products throughout the procedure. At 7 o'clock after a working day, you want to relax in a chair, and not look for words for another refusal. With such aggressive marketing, you only alienate your potential customers, I will not come to you anymore.
And, yes, if someone is going there anyway, check before the procedure whether their terminal is working, because it is not very convenient to find out only when paying that you can only pay by transfer or in cash. You need to warn about this

I rate not the masters, but the salon administration, who for the third month cannot solve the heating issue. In October, I was in the salon, they said that the administrative premises were still not connected. At the same time, they did not even consider it necessary to put a heater on. Well, OK, I endured it. I return 2 months later in the hope of a comfortable service, but again the same story. The only difference is that the heater has appeared. But its efficiency is equal to the efficiency of heating with a lighter. Warmth is felt only if you embrace this misunderstanding, which is called a heater, a meter or two away from it it is still as cold as without it.
Salon management, try to sit for 5-6 hours with a wet head in this cold. The tooth will not fall on the tooth.
To clarify, I was wearing very effective woolen clothes and ugg boots. But even this could not neutralize the temperature regime. Apart from me, there was not a single customer in the salon for all 6 hours. You are clearly not going the right way, comrades
