One of the most horrible 5 star hotels. The food is not good, only the desserts and salmon. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. Most of them don’t understand English. We forgot flippers on the beach, the next morning they were not there and nobody helped. We were shocked. There are so much staff and nobody does anything. The beach is bad, in July you will not find a nice sunbed. The service about which so many people wrote is really awful this year. You have to ask 7 times and wait a lot.

The waiters are mostly from Central Asia (Uzbeks, it seems) The territory is "good" - compact, well-groomed" requires "reincarnation" of the Room-? We had four people, two couples, and friends booked garden rooms in 4-storey cottages.I didn't like it. Changed to a two-room suite in the main building. In principle, two almost isolated blocks, with their own bathrooms. But what a view from the top fourth floor. Plus a Jacuzzi, but these are gadgets for the young. And a tip: before climbing into the Jacuzzi, rinse the pump system well. Conclusion: the hotel is decent, but you can find a better one.
