The hotel is generally quite good and comfortable: for not particularly demanding tourists, solid 3 stars. Among the disadvantages are small rooms, we had an improved sea view for three, the view of the sea and the marina is good, but it was a little cramped, one small closet without shelves, there was nowhere to put things properly; there is no laundry; a small pool for adults, which probably becomes a problem in high season; a children's pool It's small, just for kids. On the plus side - friendly staff, always ready to help; in general, the hotel itself and the room are clean; the air conditioning works fine; there is a small balcony with a clothes dryer; Wi-Fi is nimble; we had a kettle and a small refrigerator in our room; breakfasts are the same every day, but there is plenty to choose from (on your own I recommend pancakes with apricot jam and fried eggs). Adapters for sockets can be taken at the reception for a refundable deposit (3 euros for 2 adapters). I also liked the orchard behind the hotel (entrance from the lobby) - you can see how lemons, pomegranates, papayas, peaches, olives grow, rather large lizards run) The most important advantage for us was the location of the hotel - we took a car at the airport, from the hotel in a straight line to Cape Greco - exactly 15 minutes, to any cool beach is 5-10 minutes; in the evening you can safely walk around the city to any restaurant. In general, if by car and not for a very long time in Ayia Napa, I recommend it

We were there before the pandemic. In terms of price/quality ratio, it's just great! It's a bit far from the sea, but the direct view makes up for it!
The cuisine is not fancy, but it is of high quality.
There is one disadvantage- donkeys scream in the morning (this is really not a joke)! But generally. Oh, that's the only negative, and it's not a big one! I definitely Recommend it!

We are resting at the hotel now, everything is fine! I have been to Cyprus 4 times and there have always been different hotels, Corfu price = quality! We had a late check-in, everything was ready, settled in 10 minutes, room 20 sq. m., large balcony, all rooms with sea views. They clean every day, linen and towels are changed every three days. It is clean everywhere, there is something to compare and Corfu wins here. The hotel is not located on a busy street, so it is always quiet. Food: I'm not a fan of gluttony, so everything is just right here, hearty breakfasts with omelets, scrambled eggs, yoghurts, bacon, grilled vegetables, several types of cold cuts, amazing cheeses and very good coffee. We also took dinners: several types of variously cooked meat, fish every day, a lot of steamed vegetables from side dishes, rice, potatoes, spaghetti. And they always cook delicious!
The sea and the beach are the best in Ayia Napa! 800 meters to the sea, go back a little uphill. It doesn't bother you at all. And the Bridge of lovers is a 10-minute walk away, beautiful views are provided for you.
The reception will always help with any question, thank you very much to all the staff! And special thanks to the hostess of the hotel-Evgenia and her family! I recommend this hotel, there is no point in overpaying for 4-5 by the sea, this hotel is a wonderful holiday in every way!

The hotel is beautiful above the top three...there was breakfast and dinner...It's so delicious and varied...The cook is well done...so many meat dishes and fish ...and what a delicious cake they baked, I only ate a real one when I was a child!The room was cleaned perfectly every day and shampoo and soap were put on...and surprisingly, we were at the end of October, there was no music anywhere at all...It's kind of weird for a resort...a beach with the purest water...This is our first time in Cyprus....European holidays ...

A gorgeous room with a sea view, quiet, clean everywhere, cleaned every day, polite staff, a very beautiful pool and territory, all in flowers, I do photo shoots every day (I'm a model), and I'm lucky that I ended up in this hotel! I took it only with breakfast, there is even an omelet and Russian porridge..I like everything, for the price and quality, I recommend it to everyone!

For three, the tour was released at the end of October at 62,000, with breakfasts and dinners. For this price, the hotel is cool. It is better to take such a hotel than to overpay for a more expensive one - and rent a car and drive around the island.
We toured Ayia Napa, Protaras, Limassol. And the beach near the Corfu hotel seemed to us the coolest: snow-white sand and azure water, you can safely swim along the shore - swim to the caves (you can swim inside the caves) and the Bridge of Love. There are places to jump into the water from the bridge and caves. Other beaches have more boring landscapes, even the party Nissi we liked less.
The hotel is conveniently located far from the party center, it was quiet at night. But maybe it's because of the end of the season. There were also no neighbors, and the sound insulation was good. There is a cool Lunapark nearby with good attractions. I also liked the fact that there is a free sculpture park within a 15-minute walk, on a hill and overlooking the sea, you can meet beautiful sunsets every day from a convenient location.
All the most beautiful photos in Cyprus were taken from the shores near our hotel!
Almost all rooms in the hotel face the sea, we got on the 1st floor. But even from it the sea was visible, so we did not change it)

We have been vacationing with our family for several years in this hotel. We like it, it's a decent hotel. Clean, cozy, room cleaning every day, full meals (breakfast, dinner), good location, Russian-speaking staff, which is very important for us. The taste and color, as they say.... Someone needs only 5 * to drink and eat like a river, we don't need such abundance, there are a lot of taverns nearby where you can try traditional delicious cuisine, we are in the hotel for as long as. There is a lot to see in Cyprus. Incomparable mountains, picturesque mountain villages, Orthodox churches. We fell in love with Cyprus!!!! The Corfu 3 * hotel is quite a decent budget hotel, in demand among our compatriots. I recommend it!!!!

We got into this hotel by accident, used the money that hung up for a failed spring trip to Turkey. Nowhere is it advertised that this hotel was bought from Cyprus by TEZ-tour and everything is now exclusively tailored to Russians. Not all rooms correspond to the standard level, for a refrigerator, kettle, Wi-Fi in the room, safe, you have to pay extra for everything separately. The food is monotonous, it is difficult to get pleasure from eating. At dinner, any drinks and water are charged. But the bar, alas, did not please with its ability to prepare coffee and cocktails. Given the high humidity, the heat was hard to bear, we stayed in an air-conditioned room during the day. No one seems to be particularly engaged in the central air conditioning system, we had it all wet and mildewed, it is not surprising that when using it, everyone immediately began to have a sore throat. I had to use it for a minimum, and at night I slept with the balcony wide open, although it was very stuffy at +27. You will not find silence in this hotel, the noise from the nearby road did not allow for a relaxing holiday. Ayia Napa is a party place and you need to be prepared that crazy young people will roar around on quads at any time of the day.

We rested from 06/19/19 to 06/27/19.
We really liked the hotel. Quite modern. The room has a TV with Russian channels and a refrigerator.
Sea view, large enough view.
The restaurant is clean and the food is delicious.
Every Wednesday there is a performance by a local singer. He also performs Russian songs.
There are 3 pools. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away. There are many shops in the area.

I've been a couple of times, I'll go again. I like everything.The place is great, not noisy, at the same time close to the center, everything is within walking distance. We had a rest in Stomatia, too, not bad, but the location of Corfu is more successful. The food is good, I met a lot of cats and kittens, they like everything too... We never go to the pool, only the sea. The staff is friendly and speaks Russian. Not all of them, of course. They clean well, if you put 10 euros, then it's fine. The balcony is large, rather a loggia, in the evenings it is very pleasant to sit with a cup of coffee and whiskey... In the company. Kondei is coping with the heat, everything is fine. A good 3+ for your money. All of you are within walking distance. You need bars and discos-10 minutes and any one to choose from, if you want silence, stay at the hotel. The sea is warm, the beach is nearby. There are a lot of shops along the way. If you are not a gourmet, breakfasts and dinners will completely suit you. Drinks for dinner are PAID. Although it is quite possible to do with fruits.

We had a family vacation at the end of October, there were almost no available rooms, the hotel closed on November 3, we were the last aborigines. A decent hotel for its price. There is much better, but more expensive. Who cares about that! I agree with everyone. There is enough food, but not always everything is delicious. It gets boring in a week.
Otherwise, everything was fine with us, and the food too, there is always somewhere to go additionally.
I recommend it, we didn't have any problems.

There is no kettle in the room. Shampoos are put only once upon arrival. The food is the same every day. The meat is chicken, the fruits were apples, melon watermelon nor sweet green and it's in October. There is nothing sweet except a biscuit for dinner or breakfast. The reception staff was very friendly. Plus , there is Wi - Fi at least in the lobby . The location of the hotel is good and neither far from the sea nor from the main street. I would like a variety of food, more fruits, sweets and seafood. Still, the resort is by the sea. And you can provide vacationers with towels for the beach.

I stayed at this hotel from 09/28/19 to 10/12/19. The food in it is disgusting, not only is there not much choice, but also big questions about quality, Wi-Fi in the room is paid 5 euros per day per device, adapters to Euro sockets are paid, even leave things at the hotel before check-in (while the room is prepared) you can only do it for money. The administrators at the hotel, judging by their communication with the guests, worked in Soviet hotels or student dormitories. However, the rest of the staff is quite intelligent.
In general, this is only a small part of what I did not like, describing all the work of this "beautiful" hotel is not enough for a day))). And believe me, these claims are not at all quibbles.... But as they say, it's up to you....

I didn't like it: the cleaning in the room is done poorly, the air conditioner did not work, the water drain in the shower is very weak, because of this there is a very high humidity on the floor + mosquitoes and other insects in the room, the lock did not work on the front door, daily problems to close the door.
