I do NOT recommend this franchise! They do not want to work with clients, when applying for a tour selection, exorbitant prices were offered "leave me alone". You won't even see the sea with such a travel agent. Fortunately, there are other agencies that found and submitted an application in an hour! And twice as cheap!!!!!!

The agency is located very well, on the second floor of the Euroopt hypermarket, next to the cafe.There is a cozy atmosphere inside. But I would especially like to mention the travel agent Svetlana. She is a true professional in her field From the moment of treatment until returning from the tour, she is always in touch and ready to provide comprehensive assistance.I recommend and I will use only the services of this agency myself

Svetlana clearly knows her job and appreciates her clients. We flew with our family to Turkey. We were extremely satisfied. We will contact this travel agency more than once. It's difficult to tell, the best thing is to take your feet in your hands and run to make reservations for the summer, you can deal with this agency, very polite girls ! If you can't come, it's not a problem either, they will tell you everything online or by phone. We have already contacted you more than once and we advise all our relatives and friends. The vacation was a 100% success. And thanks to Svetlana for that!
It was the first time I bought a tour remotely and I was very worried about it. But in vain-everything went fine. I urgently needed to fly to Sharm and quickly decided everything. A few days later, my son and I were already at sea.
