A nice hotel with a huge, beautiful and well-maintained territory, a clean beach, cool pools. The sea is clean, warm, the bottom is sandy. The entrance to the water is very shallow, so that the water level is at least waist-high, you need to walk 300 meters. But with small children, it's the best thing. The cuisine is delicious and varied. The alcohol card is very mediocre, but the beer is very good. Service is on the level, without reference to tips. The room is spacious, in good condition, with its own mini-terrace. There are several restaurants of different cuisines of the world on the territory of the hotel, I think even the fastidious will not stay hungry. An important point for people at the moment: there is a working gym on site. The set of equipment is modest, but sufficient to maintain the tone.
In the evenings, the main restaurant hosts a cultural program on the outdoor terrace, with live music.
To sum up, I can say that I would come back here again, I liked everything.
The incomparable territory of the hotel! Huge, well-groomed, beautiful, green.
Several pools for all tastes and needs. For children, too. It's just a pity that they work until
6 p.m. Rescuers are on duty everywhere. Moreover, they do not just nominally sit on the towers, but actually monitor the safety of vacationers.
There is an entertainment program both during the day at the basses and in the evenings at the lounge bar (with live music) and children's interactive games in the "assembly" hall. However, only in English. The hotel is designed more for Europeans, of whom there are many. The staff either speaks Russian at all or almost does not speak it.
There is a lot of food and it is quite diverse. But personally, I didn't like Egyptian cooking. Not bad beef and pastries, otherwise it's not mine. There are very few fruits and no exotics. Apples, bananas..
There are no single cards for cocktails. They are prepared at all bars - who sees and knows how. I was also not impressed with the bar menu, so we hardly drank.
In the evenings (at least) in May, there was a swarm of huge calibrated mosquitoes!!! From which there were straight bumps.
The sea is very shallow here. Even compared to our Azov one. 500m has passed, and you're still knee-deep. Some octopuses buried in the sand, small fish.. For me, this is fu. We visited the beach a couple of times for show, that's it. But the sun beds here are cool! Everything is under stationary solid canopies with "palm" roofs and even fences from each other on one side (by the way, windy).
The rooms are quite spacious and clean. They clean daily and efficiently, even if you don't leave a tip. They always twisted different animal figures out of towels on the bed. It's cute.
The Internet is essentially paid! A certain amount of free gigs is given for the entire stay. But this is so little for full-fledged traffic that you will have to buy more anyway.
The toilet (in our room) stank horribly of the canal. Therefore, it was necessary to close both the lid and the door to the bathroom. Perhaps this is the only disadvantage, if you do not ask yourself to search for them.
There were also large solid playgrounds for game sports on the territory. We didn't try it, because we were with a small child. But they appreciated their very availability and quality of execution.
To sum up, the hotel deserves attention.
A nice hotel with a heated pool and its own water park (though in the next hotel and across the street). The beach is sandy, with its own pier for swimming in the sea. There is no reef, but you can see a lot of wildlife from the pier. We had a rest in January, it wasn't windy.
