Visiting this printing center turned out to be an extremely unpleasant experience:
1. When asked to make copies of two passport spreads on one A4 sheet, the employee stated that "she would not be able to do that." I had to literally explain how to place the pages correctly and set up the scanning.
2. The photo on the documents is a separate story... The woman took pictures standing up, holding the camera in her hands above head level, which is why the entire parting to the crown of the head was visible in the picture. This angle does not meet the standard requirements for photo documents. In the final photo, the face turned out to be turned to the side, and not strictly full-face, as it should be, + a shadow on half of the face. The employee shouted that everything was fine with the photo and no one had complained before (after reading other reviews here, it becomes especially funny with this phrase, as it turned out to be far from the truth). The woman reacted sharply to reasonable remarks, was rude and snapped, also blaming me for all the troubles.
3. I was finished off by the fact that I found out at home that all the documents were printed with additional unnecessary fields… I had to reprint it in another printing center.
4. Also, the prices do not match the price list shown on instagram. But against the background of other problems, this is already a small thing.
Bottom line: disgusting quality of services and unprofessional attitude towards the client. I don't want to set foot in here anymore, and I don't recommend it to anyone.
I want to express my gratitude for the work of Elena's employee of this photo studio! She immediately understood how I needed to take a photo so that it would look beautiful, taking into account the defect in my eyes. Her professionalism, responsiveness and kindness lifted my mood and I felt beautiful! I will definitely come back again. I also recommend everyone to visit this photo studio!!!
I took a photo for an American visa
1. They promised to send an electronic version in 10 minutes, but in the end, an hour later, she called and reminded me.
2. At first, the photo is in poor quality, cloudy. Then it turned out that it hadn't loaded, but there was a huge shadow on the final photo. When asked if the others had survived, they first answered no, and only then agreed to look for them.
3. The quality of the photos is objectively poor, the light is exposed from above, the photos are dark and pixelated.
I attached a photo of my twin sister, who went to another place, to compare
