1. They promised to send an electronic version in 10 minutes, but in the end, an hour later, she called and reminded me.
2. At first, the photo is in poor quality, cloudy. Then it turned out that it hadn't loaded, but there was a huge shadow on the final photo. When asked if the others had survived, they first answered no, and only then agreed to look for them.
3. The quality of the photos is objectively poor, the light is exposed from above, the photos are dark and pixelated.
