This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever been to! We rested there for 9 days, its own huge beach, swimming pool, excellent rooms and wonderful staff! The insanely cheerful and kind hotel owner and his manager will always help, they do not refuse anything! The view from the room is crazy! We lived on the ground floor and had our own veranda, there is a table and spending evenings near the ocean was wonderful! This hotel deserves more stars! If you are flying to Sri Lanka for a vacation, be sure to choose it) there was a buffet for breakfast, they are of course specific, but abroad they are always like that)) anyway, the food is delicious, they can also cook you what you bought! Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed in hotels for about 10 days. Located from the main infrastructure, 10-15 minutes drive from Hikaduwa. There is only one restaurant near the hotel (across the street). In fact, we settled in within 30 minutes. The room is large with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The bed is huge. Bedside table, wardrobe, safe. Among the disadvantages, there is no hot water, kettle, tea, water is not provided, and there is no TV. Also, when cooking in the kitchen, the whole smell goes all over the hall. Cleaning was on demand. We've asked you to do this twice. Breakfast is included. The main and permanent dishes are scrambled eggs, noodles, potatoes, sausages, toasters, tea and coffee. As a bonus, we were given fresh food every day. There is a small swimming pool at the hotel, cleaned every day. Music on request is a large bluetooth speaker. The menu is the same as everywhere else for prices. They don't cook very well. I really liked the beach. It can be said that only for hotel guests. There were waves, but not critically. Fishermen come every day after lunch, and you can buy fish from them. We bought it, gave it to cook in our hotel. But we didn't like it. Grisha, the director, and Misha, the assistant, understand a little Russian. They are very responsive and attentive. As a minus, there is a toilet in the lobby, it is very dirty, there is no paper. In general, I liked the hotel stoykaya 3. But the rest covered all the disadvantages.

The rooms are incredible, you're right on the very shore of the ocean. Host Mahinda will be on site all day to help with any questions as far as possible. But of course the hotel is old, half of the building is in constant repair.
