We went through quite a few stores of this chain choosing models and sizes. For some reason, the best models are only in leftovers and can no longer be sewn. Large sizes are practically absent, often very dull. But only in this store we were met by a not very friendly seller. It was morning, we were the first customers. We had to sort through the goods looking for the right size, run between floors on our own. The girl is annoyed by this, although we bought quite a lot of things.

Teach your consultants to serve clients politely. In the fitting room, when asked to bring a different size, the consultant turned around and went the other way, saying at the same time that she allegedly did not see what I was showing her. I am a little shocked by what is happening and, in general, by the customer orientation of the service staff. I would like to attract the attention of the management and take action, because after such a desire to return to this store, there is no longer any.

I have never had any complaints about this network and THEM in particular, but in this case I just can't hold back my emotions ! 19.10 I made 2 orders , 21.10 they were supposed to arrive at the store for pickup . 20.10 an alert came that he was delayed. 24.10 the operator replied to my message that he could not deliver the order to THEM yet due to pricing issues . 31.10 when I logged into my personal account, I saw that the order status was changed to "canceled"! There were no notifications , calls , SMS ! When asked why , they replied that there were too many cancellations, apparently they forgot to include you in the newsletter . The terrible attitude of the domestic manufacturer ! I have to contact the relevant state authorities for verification ! It 's just arrogance , disrespect and rudeness !
