I went to the store to buy 2 pairs of tights and a bodysuit. A consultant approached me with an offer to help. I named my size. The consultant went to look for it. At that moment, I pulled out the box from the stand below. When the consultant returned, I asked her to put the box back, because the rack was clogged and located extremely inconveniently, and I did not want to throw it at random.
What did I hear about myself: "I offered to help, why should I tear up these boxes?" I was confused by such arrogance. She asked again.
The story ended with the demand for a book of complaints.
I am genuinely upset by this situation. After a day at work, I went shopping, and eventually left with a spoiled mood and wasted time.
Why doesn't the company teach its employees banal etiquette? I'm getting fed up, the management will fire this employee, because such an attitude towards the target consumer is unacceptable. Sales and the company's image suffer from this.
