I definetly recommend to stay in the hotel: great room, personnel abd breakfast. We also liked the design of the hotel. But the street near the hotel is a bit noisy ( city market) and there is always a smoke 🚬 in the building.

The hotel tries but falls short of 4 stars.
The breakfasts are excellent, the location is convenient. The lobby is decent, the staff is friendly.
Of the cons, there is no view from the window, the room is dark, there is no kettle or tea. (Some rooms have it, some don't)

Solid 4-, of course I would like to rate more, but no, out of respect for the staff, 4 is generally 3 stars.
Of the cons:
3 out of 8 lighting fixtures are lit in the room
The bathroom is in poor condition, the rain shower does not work, there is no normal attachment for the watering can, as a result, you hold it in your hands to wash yourself.
After cleaning the room, new bottled water is not left
The sockets are not conveniently located enough. It is impossible to sit at the table with a laptop due to the location of the outlet at the table.

The staff is very friendly, thank you, they fulfill any requests.
