A pleasant hotel for its price category and stardom. The hotel is small, but with its own beach. The territory has everything, everything is very compact and well thought out. There is animation every evening (first for children, then for adults), the program is repeated every week, the animators try very hard. There is a small children's club, you can play various activities, after the program there is a disco. There is plenty of food in any part of the hotel, can, soda, alcohol. There is also a lot of food, for every taste, something the same, something constantly new. You will not stay 100% hungry. The most important thing is 1 coastline. In the middle of July, the temperature is 37, the water is I don't know, 35 degrees, probably. The sea is gorgeous. The beach is full of water activities. There are 2 aquagorks. You can easily and quickly get to other cities on your own
A wonderful, compact hotel in a price-quality ratio. We were in it 2 times: in early October 2020 and in early November 2024. In general, the hotel is clean, the food is delicious and varied, the beach is pebbly, the water is clean. In October, there are still a lot of people at the hotel, you have to take sun beds in the morning, the water is 25-24, the animation is excellent. In November, the occupancy rate is less than 50%, there are no queues, there are enough sunbeds, the water is 23-22 degrees, animation is limited without inviting artists, there is no Turkish night anymore.
We have been going to Turkey for twenty years, sometimes several times a year. We have been to hotels of different categories. In 2024, we came to our beloved country for the second time. I have never written hotel reviews because Turkey is my love. I am very well aware that, what is the price, such is the service, such is the service. If you go to the budget five, then you get a budget service. But this fall, when we visited the Concordia Celes Hotel 5*, we experienced an ambivalent feeling, which was the reason for my review. We knew perfectly well that we were going to a budget hotel, and we did not expect anything supernatural. The first thing we encountered was that the air conditioner was not working. But in late October and early November, he was not particularly needed. The air temperature was 25-27 in the afternoon. We slept without him. It was very comfortable, but we knew perfectly well that in the summer it would be a disaster!!! The television broadcast only one channel in Russian. It was a Ukrainian channel with relevant content. On vacation, this is probably not the main thing, but when the majority of tourists from Russia are resting at the hotel, the question arises: why is there not a single Russian channel. But you can do just fine without television.
From the good: cleaned every day, towels were changed daily, free beach towels could also be changed every day. The food in the restaurant was delicious and varied. I don't understand those who complain. There have always been several types of meat: chicken, turkey, and beef. There was always fish for lunch and dinner. The pastries are also not bad (we, however, do not eat sweets), fruits for the autumn season were also present. We really liked the bar by the sea. Not all fives have such a variety: French fries, salads, fruits, burgers, etc. Everything is very tasty. Many did not go to lunch, they ate here. The beach is also not bad: there are awnings above the sun beds. There is a pier. If it is inconvenient to enter the sea from the shore, you can enter from the pier by a very convenient staircase. The description of the hotel says that the shore is pebbly. This is true. The pebbles are quite large. It's better to wear crocs. But, as it turned out, it doesn't bother. For example, in Kemer, where there is a sandy and pebbly beach, your feet sink to your ankles, but here, because the pebbles are too large, you walk on a hard surface.
If you like to walk around in the evening, this is not your hotel. There's nowhere to go. There are only hotels on the left and right. As for shopping malls, there is a small two-storey shopping center to the right of the exit from the hotel and to the left after the river behind the bridge (walk in both directions for fifteen to twenty minutes). But there's not much to buy there. Ordinary consumer goods. There is also an overpriced shop in the hotel itself. In general, shopaholics will be completely disappointed here. This is a hotel for those who like to sit and not go out. If you want to shop, then you need to go by dolmusha, for example, to Alanya.
The animation is simple, but the kids liked it. There is a separate playroom for children. And now I will write why we were shocked upon arrival at the hotel. We arrived late, around 19.00, just in time for dinner. We ate and decided to take wine in the lobby bar. And then I heard from the bartender something that I had NEVER heard in twenty years of vacation in Turkey. I ask for TWO glasses of wine and I hear in pure Russian: "Of course, I'll pour two glasses, I'm not sorry, but I really want to know why I have to do this? Why are you taking two glasses?" At this, the bartender's face expressed such hatred that I was SHOCKED. I did not expect that in the five-star hotel that we paid for, which positions itself as Ultra All Inclusive, I have to explain something to the bartender. In the following days it was the same. Judging by the fact that the bartender in the lobby bar spoke pure Russian, it was not a Turk, most likely a native of the former Soviet states. I have NEVER seen such blatant hatred in Turkey. What is it: ordinary rudeness or Russophobia, I do not know. But throughout our vacation, this bartender threw glasses at us and demanded some kind of explanation. I will never believe that there were no complaints about this boor. Why does the owner of the hotel allow you to talk like that with guests who have paid for their vacation and come to rest? The bartending guys downstairs at the restaurant worked flawlessly: they were always friendly, as always happens in Turkey. Dear hotel owner, you have cameras in the lobby bar. Review the recordings of how your employee, to whom you pay money, is rude to your guests because they ask you to pour two glasses of wine all day (NOT TWENTY, NOT THIRTY). and deprives you of your money. Why? For example, I am currently selecting a tour for next year. I am satisfied with the price of your Hotel, but I will not come to you, because for my money I do not want to tolerate rudeness from some Russophobic bartender. Let's make a bet: I will come to your hotel again (everything was fine with me there, except for the boorish bartender), but this person should not be there.
