My most favorite salon, Master Pharogat is just the goddess of manicure. And if they give delicious coffee with sweets, I've been going to them alone for a year now. The staff is very responsive and responsible.

The studio was completely disappointed. I was signed up for a 4-hand service. I came to the procedure about 4-5 minutes earlier. Both masters were late, we had to wait for them for 10 minutes. When one of the masters came, she didn't even greet me, sat down at the table and immediately started working. The manicure was done disgustingly. I asked 100 times to correct the shape of the nails and it still turned out wrong. Immediately there is doubt about the qualifications of the master. The pedicure was done well. During the whole procedure, the administrator clarified the relationship with the young man in front of the client. Is this normal? When I received the services, I went to the reception desk, the administrator was not there, the master counted me. Accordingly, I was not given any checks, moreover, the master said that they do not have a device at all and they never give a check. Sharashkin's office?

Disgusting!
I was booked for the procedure in 4 hands on Saturday 17.06, the administrator contacted me on 16.06 and apologized and asked me to postpone the recording to the next dates, on June 19 at 16:00! I changed my plans in order to get to the procedure with certain masters! As a result, when I arrived at the appointed time, my record was not there, as well as the masters!

I don't recommend it. Children were running around in the salon during the visit, making noise and grabbing whatever they wanted, I came for the promotion, but in the end they demanded payment much higher than stated in the promotion.
