Dear heads of this wonderful institution, I ask you very much to pay attention to the number of staff on weekends in this particular place. We were on Sunday. There were two people in the store: the eldest Gulnar or Gauhar and a young girl. The eldest took the order and payment, and the girl made coffee. We had to look for them in the store (they were not behind the counter). It took us 23 minutes to get our three coffees (cappuccino) and one fresh orange. While the girl was making fresh orange juice, customers came for coffee, but left with nothing, because the long wait for coffee exceeds the need for it. I also inform you that there was no security at that time. At the same time, there were two shelves with chocolate (twix and Snickers) on the order counter and they are without price tags, it looks like a free treat)
