Excellent residential complex with low-rise buildings, but there are elevators). It used to seem that this residential complex was "isolated", but today it is the epicenter of all roads. Good transport interchange, near the magnificent Binom school. There are many shops and cafes nearby. A normal, fenced yard, for walking with children.

Nur-Sultan, Yesil district, Left bank on 38th street, house 25 in the residential complex "COMFORT TOWN-3" we lived for 2 years. We have been living in the Orange Comfort Town-1 house for more than six months, which originally looked like this house. It turns out that even if two houses were built by BI - Group, there is a much bigger difference in quality. What we remember about COMFORT TOWN-3 on 38th Street, in the 25th house, the courtyards of two houses earth and sky "COMFORT TOWN-3" are qualitatively thought out for a person, the residents of COMFORT TOWN-3 are united, i.e. any problems unite and quickly make decisions, takes control at the request of the service company. Courtyards, parking lots and entrances are regularly washed and shampooed every day. Janitor from 07/00 h. to 19/00 h. the yard is previously rinsed with water and watered trees in the summer months. You won't find a single item on earth. Parents caring for children in the yard themselves do not remember how the children turned to order *cleanliness* and did not speak. It's quiet in the yard after 23:00. After this time, the police squad will appear and bring to justice for violating the silence. Residents and the local police are closely connected. It is forbidden to put baby strollers, sleds, roller skates, bicycles and much more in the entrance. So to speak, the residents are very active. Security personnel sitting on the monitor in video surveillance mode quickly report the video materials to the manager. On 38th Street, 25th house "COMFORT TOWN-3" and 38th street, 23rd house "Nura-Ishim-2" there is an Alley and a modern mini-football court (on the side of noise insulation). During these 2 years and 7 months on 38th street, house 25, the residential complex "COMFORT TOWN-3" has become an exemplary house!)))

I live here. I like this LCD. I see only the advantages. There is a good view of Binom School from the window. Buses to all destinations. There are supermarkets.
