A wonderful hotel, everything is new, clean, tidy, oriental-style interior and decor, luxurious. We booked a suite: high ceilings, carpets and a spacious room. In addition to shower gel and shampoo, the bathroom has a dental kit, cotton buds and discs, bathrobes and slippers. The staff was very polite, especially the young manager Hassan was remembered. The hotel is not in the center, closer to the airport. But with taxi prices like in Samarkand, this was not a problem. Also nearby attractions are Afrosiab, Ulugbek Observatory, Shahi Zinda, Pilaf Center. In the dining room every morning we were greeted by a hospitable hostess, the food was varied and delicious. We thank all the hotel staff for our comfortable and pleasant stay.

A magnificent newest hotel! We stayed in the suites, everything is simply beyond praise. How we visited the palace! The room has all the amenities, shower, bathtub, TV, hairdryer, refrigerator, Internet, etc. Large bed, 4 pillows:) In the morning we had a wonderful breakfast in the cozy living room. Many thanks to Shakhnoza for the delicious and varied dishes, as well as for the interesting stories about the culture and customs of Uzbekistan. The polite guys at the reception always helped if there were any questions. The hotel is located next to the Ulugbek Observatory and the ancient city of Afrosiob. Registan Square is also not very far away. You can walk, you can take a taxi, very fast! We recommend the Comfort Hotel Samarkand to everyone. We hope to come again!

It's a great place. Excellent service, delicious breakfasts. There is a woman in the kitchen, so she fed us like her children!) It's insanely pleasant!

The hotel inside is very beautiful, well maintained, clean, the room was very spacious. The breakfasts are delicious. The staff is polite. The hotel is close to the airport, but far from the center. We took a taxi, there were no special problems.
I recommend the hotel, it is very good for its price.

For such a price, it's just gorgeous. I lived in an economy room, among the amenities in the room there was a huge bed with bedside tables on both sides, a wardrobe, 2 chairs with a table, a refrigerator and a kettle. There are 2 personal hygiene kits, toothbrushes and shampoo gels in the bathtub. There is a buffet breakfast, the choice is not huge, but you can take it with you (I took fruits and water, for example). Cleaning is done every day, the staff is friendly and solves all issues quickly.

The Tour company booked the room for us, so we didn't even imagine which rooms we would check into. Upon arrival, it turned out that on the 3rd floor, where there are 4 separate beds. The entire 3rd floor is like an attic, i.e. the ceilings in the rooms are inclined, the windows in some rooms are located on top. The hotel itself is located far from the center. But everything was very clean, it was pleasant and comfortable to be there. For a room on the 3rd floor, 200,000 soums were paid for one place. There was a buffet for breakfast, I liked the range of food. On the ground floor there were deluxe rooms with one large bed. On the 2nd floor there are rooms with two separate beds. The staff is good. In general, the only drawbacks are that it is located far from the center.

The new hotel is the only plus.
The location is inconvenient. The suites (and they are provided to foreign citizens) have no window to the street (a suite without a window). I got just such a one. It is difficult to breathe in the room, ventilation is not working well, there is no air conditioning. The furniture and interior are new, but the carpets, for example, are dirty. It is not pleasant to walk with bare feet.
And very expensive! The hotels in the center give very good discounts. A day later, I had to move to another hotel, with a window, with air, clean and twice as cheap.

The hotel is new, clean, friendly staff. However, they gave a room under the roof, in half of the room the ceiling height is reduced to 1m. Despite the fact that the corridors are gigantic, 5 meters wide. A rather strange decision, it would be better if the rooms were made with normal ceilings due to the width of the corridors.
