We give 4 stars only because of the friendly staff of the hotel , of the ADVANTAGES :
- the elevator is quite spacious, new, working properly
- equipped common area on each floor
- possibility to park the car on the territory of the hotel
- good location (near the central market and the city embankment and the beach)
- the standard room has air conditioning, a small refrigerator, clean bottled water
- the hotel has its own cafe and this is also a plus
Of THE CONS :
- The pool is not heated, the water temperature in the second half of September in the pool was around 24 degrees, the staff did not respond to requests to turn on the heating, unfortunately, so if a heated warm pool is very important to you (as important to us), I do not advise you to choose this hotel
- the room price includes a buffet, in fact, the set of dishes is very limited, from sweet breakfasts 1-2 dishes, the appearance and taste of which also upset us... as a result , we went to have breakfast in an ordinary dining room nearby , if you are used to a real buffet , you are not here)

The hotel is wonderful for its staff: very polite and caring girls at the reception and in the dining room. The cleaning is just perfect-new towels every day, linen is crisp, cleanliness.
But we chose the hotel precisely because of the heated pool-and then there was just a failure. There is a thermometer in the pool, you can see that the temperature is usually +20-22..When it's +13-15 outside, it's impossible to swim. Sauna heating is paid, 3 t. rub. for 4 people.
The rooms are dark and damp. There is a heater and a conder, but it's still not pleasant. The shower is separated from the toilet by just a curtain with mold. When you wash, water and humidity are everywhere.

4+Rooms: we had a room in which the wallpaper was stripped in places
5+vacation: I liked everything, especially the terrace
5+Cleanliness: cleaned every day, changed towels (it's a pity only because of the dampness there is spot rust on all white towels), maybe changed bed linen
+staff: good attitude, kindness, courtesy
+ pool: upon arrival, it seemed small, but the size is medium, and deep, with a height of 162, it did not reach the bottom

Well, it doesn't pull 4 stars. If only according to Clear criteria. I arrived in my car. Parking is right in the courtyard, you can park a car, arrange in advance! There is little room for cars, they were constantly tugging, releasing and launching. It's not convenient. The room is generally clean, cleaning every day. The room has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, safe. It was in March, it was a little chilly, the air conditioner couldn't handle the heating. Noise insulation is 2 out of 5 points. There are a lot of extraneous sounds, both from machinery and from animals from neighboring houses and construction sites. Of the advantages, the pool (but the water was cool), decent breakfast, there is a choice. The Wi-Fi is intermittent and the signal in the room is weak, but it is there. The central market is around the corner, it's back 30 years ago))
Nearby, 10 min. walking embankment. Two km away. Botanical garden, museum, monkey park. Overall, it's not bad.

Great hotel! Friendly staff, clean pool, room cleaning every day. You can arrange a transfer from the border as well as excursions. The hotel is just great, I give you a solid five.
Because we arrived out of season, we wanted to swim in a heated pool. But the pool did not have time to warm up due to power outages across the country. The caring staff wrote in advance about the technical problems with the pool, warned, made a discount and melted the sauna as a gift.

I really liked the hotel, the children did not get out of the pool, the friendly staff. The rooms are cleaned well. The breakfasts are modest, but you definitely won't stay hungry. The cafe on the territory is very decent. We liked all the dishes that we ate very much. There is a bar on the 4th floor. I recommend it to everyone. I would like to be in this hotel again. Great hotel! We have been resting for three years in a row. Nothing has changed. The breakfasts are very tasty, the rooms are clean, the staff is polite. Separate towels for the pool. If questions arise, everything is quickly resolved. The location is excellent, not the first line, but near the market, 5 minutes walk to the sea and to the center and in a straight line, not over the mountains!

We spent four days at this hotel with my husband. Of course, this is not the 4th star, and it needs to be understood, but in general it is not bad for Abkhazia.
Location: excellent, near the central market, where you can always buy local products, we bought berries, sweets, everything was very tasty. It takes about five minutes to walk to the embankment with the beach, another 5-10 minutes to walk and a bunch of cafes and restaurants.
Meals: breakfast, normal choice, cereals, vegetables, eggs in various types (boiled, omelet, fried eggs), pancakes, casserole, sausages, sausage and cheese cuts, instant coffee.
Service: the staff is friendly, a taxi will be called, towels will be changed, the room will be cleaned on request, there were no problems.
Rooms: below average, shabby, towels with holes, bathrobes with stains. I was very surprised by the shower, there is no partition, only a curtain, as a result, after water procedures, the entire bathroom is in water until you ask to clean it, you will not go there anymore. They stretched out their socks, hung them on a towel rail, couldn't dry for three days, dried them with a hair dryer...
In general, it's not bad, but I wouldn't go there again.

The best and only hotel in Abkhazia for people with disabilities. Everything is adjusted. More than half of the room stock are rooms for the disabled, there is an elevator, a pool with a lift, a gym, a tennis table, a large terrace, a cafe and a bar with a magnificent view of Sukhum!!! A great person, friendly and always ready to help! Near the market, the embankment. Excellent chefs! I recommend it!

A really very comfortable hotel. Everything is thought out. The room is comfortable. In winter, it is heated by air conditioning, carpet on the floor. The bathroom has a window for ventilation. Bathrobes and soap/shower gel/shampoo are available. Two bottles of water are provided upon arrival. There is also a cooler on the floor. The bed linen is stripe satin, everything is of high quality. There are a huge number of channels on TV. Very tasty and hearty breakfasts, as if they were homemade. They cook fresh every morning. The staff at the reception and in the dining room are very hospitable.

I sincerely recommend the hotel. We vacationed with our daughter in July 2023, in Sukhum specifically for the second year, looking for a hotel with a swimming pool and breakfast. The hotel is a little sad already, I want to repair it))) the sofas in the corridors are slightly ragged, there is a slight general neglect. But! They clean every day, at least they always asked if cleaning was necessary. We didn't need it every day, they just asked us to remove the garbage and add soap and soap))) The pool is decent, it is enough to swim, the area around is equipped for relaxation and sunbathing. The Jacuzzi didn't work, really, but it's not scary))) The breakfasts are excellent - Vika cooks deliciously and with a soul, she is always interested in whether it is delicious and can cook something else. There is enough variety in the food, delicious porridges in the assortment, 2-3 types of side dishes, sausages, sausage - real, meat, natural cheese, pancakes / cheesecakes / pancakes, vegetables, salads, fruits - all of excellent quality, not to list everything. The rooms have everything you need: bathrobes/towels, soap accessories, hair dryer, refrigerator, TV, safe. There was always a cooler on the floor. A great terrace for relaxing with hanging chairs and tables, you can sit in the evenings. There is a bar in the evening, with music, people had fun, we never got to it once))) The staff is responsive, but do not forget that you are in Abkhazia - do not expect promptness))) They also ate in the cafe on the territory - it was delicious, the prices were average. The excellent location of the hotel is close to the market, shops, bus stops, the sea and the promenade are 10 minutes away, but you need to cross 3 roads. In general, everything is fine, the main thing is to be an adequate person yourself and understand that the buffet in Abkhazia will not be full of a bunch of snacks, but it will just be delicious and homemade; that stains on towels and a bathrobe can slip through - rust does not wash off leaves from the pool after rain, no one will rush to clean them instantly - but still they will be removed))) Abkhazia is an atmosphere, friendliness, open people, especially when you behave and feel that way yourself. To be honest, going to this wonderful country for the second time, I did not expect this either, I was very pleasantly surprised by the service. I sincerely wish the hotel to develop further in the same spirit!

If you don't find fault, then the hotel is very good. It's clean, cozy, the staff is doing their job, everyone is busy. The rooms are comfortable, everything is there, cleaning every day. The entire territory of the hotel is at your disposal, especially when you return from the city. You will have to walk to the sea, 10-15 minutes, with children, probably longer. In Abkhazia, traffic regulations are difficult, traffic is regulated only by the conscience of drivers....There is a market, shops and pharmacies nearby, which is very important. The hotel has very tasty and varied breakfasts, the cook is a great fellow! And the cafe is very tasty. The pool is deep, for adults, equipped for people with limited mobility. Who can't swim, only with a circle).
I could rent a star, but I won't do it because the hotel is generally very nice! I do not know if there are similar ones in Sukhum. But there is a fat minus - the girls at the reception are too passive and not friendly...

The first impression is shock. A 4* hotel, a superior room and completely unjustified expectations. The atmosphere is absolutely Spartan. A bed, 2 bedside tables, a desk with a small refrigerator under it. 1 chair and an imitation closet - on the left there is a rack with shelves, on the right there is a bar, but only T-shirts run along the length. The dress cannot be hung.
The hotel is very well geared towards wheelchair users. There is an elevator, special handrails in the bathroom and even a device that carries a person from a stroller to the pool and back. There is a cafe on the territory, but we never ate there, because on the first day we went to drink coffee, there were 100 rubles on the menu, they wrote us a check for 150. They also asked about the price of something from the menu, they said that it had also changed. We didn't go in there anymore. By the way, the coffee in the bar on the 4th floor was 100 rubles during our stay.
Breakfast for 4* is very modest. The beach is 8-10 minutes away. There are sun beds and umbrellas. We paid 400 rubles per day for 2 sun loungers and an umbrella. Food is spicy almost everywhere in the city. We found an option for ourselves in a large hotel on the way to the beach. Meal ticket 800 rubles, buffet

The pool is good, the sea is nearby, the embankment with entertainment too, the center of Sukhumi is 25 minutes on foot slowly, the market is generally on the next street.Everything is thought out in the hotel - from a hair dryer, beach towels, bathrobes, slippers, a cooler from the mountains and cold water on each floor, there is water in the refrigerator, in general we are happy with our rest and happy! The hotel is great. For the off-season, the most necessary thing is, there is a market around the corner, they found an excellent cafe there, very tasty and inexpensive (mostly locals and those who trade in the market eat), there is also a Breadwinner supermarket. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea and the embankment, it's easy to walk around the pine trees (carefully cross the road), we also walked 20 minutes to the botanical garden and the administration building. The hotel is quiet, calm, the territory is small, but on each floor there are open verandas, very tasty breakfasts, there are few dishes, but the choice for breakfast in a small hotel is excellent: 2 types of cereals, 2 types of egg dishes, sausages or sausages (and unlike Turkish plastic they are very decent), vegetable side dish (corn, peas, cabbage), hot vegetables (insanely delicious baked eggplant and pepper), sauces, butter, sausage cheese, cereals, milk, jam In General, we are very good we saved on lunches, because after such a breakfast we did not want to eat until the evening. The staff is very polite, cleaning is daily, towels are changed every day. The room has everything as stated. The pool is excellent, covered with thermal film, they open it when necessary. The water is warm. There are coolers on the floor, the neighbors asked for a kettle (we didn't need one). I will recommend it to my friends

If I go to Sukhum again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. A chic and quiet place, 600 meters from the sea in a straight line. The market is 200 meters away. Heated swimming pool, sauna. The rooms are warm and clean. It's great with the parking lot, they have their own on the territory. There is an elevator for lazy people. There is a restaurant on the fourth floor, with music and a bar, where prices are cheaper than in our store. Excellent breakfasts, very tasty. Both children and adults can have breakfast with pleasure. The staff are just great, great respect for the hospitality of the staff. They do not behave like a guest when you do not feel sincerity, they are all just kind and good people there, they did not remember all the names, but special thanks to Oksana, Dima, Dzhokhar and cook Vika, who quit her business and came out to see us off. We went on vacation with a girl in the fall, the place is amazing. In Sukhum, I would call this place an oasis, the rooms are comfortable, the pool is wonderful (the girl almost did not climb out) the pool has Jacuzzi functions. As for the food in the cafe at the hotel, the dishes, like the national cuisine itself, are great, you can eat delicious food for a small price and thereby isolate yourself from evening hikes around the area, which was certainly pleasing. The market and shops are within walking distance, however, the latter did not make much impression, but this no longer applies to the hotel. The hotel also has a bar where you can take a hookah and brighten up the evening even more. The staff is nice, we met in a family way, so I think we'll definitely come back here :)
